As the changes of The Times,and now is no longer the students passively accept knowledge era of traditional teaching,changing teaching methods emerge in endlessly,the game teaching is widely used a new type of teaching method."Happy in learning,learning in happiness"since the ancient times advocated by many education experts,and the core of the game teaching is pleasure,to create a relaxed and happy learning atmosphere;the game teaching is the most prominent advantage is that it can fully mobilize students’ learning interest,improve the students’ learning motivation and commitment,to make the students enjoy learning;Add to that the personal motivation to be happy and avoid suffering,It’s easy for students to get in and immerse themselves in the classroom,enjoying the fun while achieving better learning outcomes.In the implementation of gamified teaching,an effective incentive strategy can achieve the best teaching effect.Of course,if the incentive method is not used properly,it may achieve less with less effort.Appropriate incentive methods can not only achieve good learning results,but also have a good impact on students’ learning attitude and behavior habits,so that they can not only get a pleasant game and learning experience,but also maximize their own abilities and advantages.So this study try to blend in and incentive strategy gaming teaching primary school information technology in the classroom,using a quasi-experimental study method,questionnaire survey,to explore in the gaming teaching mode,the positive incentive strategy and the positive and negative to the combination of incentives incentive strategies on students’ learning motivation,learning,learning interest and learning situation;And analyze which strategy is more obvious to improve the effect;And explore the impact of the two gamified incentive strategies on students of different genders.After a semester of teaching experiment,the final conclusion:(1)In game teaching,compared with no incentive strategy,the combination of positive and negative incentive strategy and positive incentive strategy are beneficial to improve students’ learning motivation,interest,investment and achievement;(2)In game teaching,compared with the implementation of positive incentive strategy alone,the combination of positive and negative incentive strategy is more conducive to improving students’ learning motivation,interest and academic performance;however,compared with the combination of positive and negative incentive strategy,the positive incentive strategy is more conducive to improving students’ learning input level.(3)In terms of learning motivation,learning interest,level of learning engagement and academic performance,the combination of positive and negative motivation strategy has a significant role in improving students of different genders.(4)On the level of learning motivation,learning interest and academic performance,the combination of positive and negative incentive strategy has a significant role in improving the students of different genders;but on the level of learning engagement,the combination of positive and negative incentive strategy has no significant effect on boys,but has a significant effect on girls.After that,through interviews with other teachers and students,the author reflected on the whole gamification incentive teaching experiment,analyzed the problems in the teaching process and put forward solutions.Through this experimental study,it is found that in gamified teaching,both positive and negative incentives can have a positive impact on students’ learning to a certain extent.The above studies provide valuable information for the comprehensive implementation of quality-oriented education and the promotion of teaching reform.Therefore,this study has certain practical significance. |
