In recent years,our country vigorously advocates quality education,gradually break the exam-oriented education pattern,but at present the society,family,school is still more concerned about the problem of academic performance.Under the current severe educational background,it is common for high school students to have heavy academic burden and study pressure.Excessive study pressure will cause physical and mental health problems of high school students to some extent.In recent years,the problem of student learning pressure has become a hot topic in all walks of life.Most of the academic researches on learning pressure are from the perspective of psychology to explore the influence mechanism and functional relationship of learning pressure,and there are few cross-field researches.Therefore,this study introduced the three variables of physical exercise,mental toughness and self-esteem,aiming to understand the internal mechanism of physical exercise’s influence on learning stress.This study through the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,test method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,such as Liang Deqing people revised sports rating scale(PARS-3),Liu Xianchen compiled by the adolescent life events scale(ASLEC)learning pressure factors,such as yue-qin hu 2008 compiled by the adolescent mental resilience scale,Rosenberg self-esteem scale(SES)as the main measurement tools,riverbank in wuhan district,qingshan district,hongshan district,dongxihu 800 high school students as the research object,Common method bias test,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,regression analysis,difference test and mediating effect test were conducted on the data using SPSS23.0 and Process plug-in,and the following research results were obtained:(1)The overall physical exercise level of high school students is low.The amount of physical exercise of boys is higher than that of girls,and the amount of physical exercise of students in grade one is lower than that of students in grade two and grade three.Compared with low levels of physical activity,students with moderate levels of physical activity had the least stress and higher levels of self-esteem and mental toughness.(2)High school students’ physical exercise can significantly positively predict the level of self-esteem and mental toughness;Self-esteem can significantly positively predict the level of mental toughness;Physical exercise,self-esteem and mental toughness are all negatively correlated with learning stress,and mental toughness can significantly negatively predict learning stress level.(3)Self-esteem and mental toughness played a chain mediating role in the relationship between physical exercise and learning stress.Specifically,physical exercise has an impact on high school students’ learning stress through two indirect pathways:through the mediating effect of mental toughness;The study pressure of high school students is influenced by self-esteem and mental toughness in turn. |
