In recent years,my country’s education informatization construction has reached the 2.0 stage, and the informatization level of our country’s primary and secondary schools has also been raised to a certain level. However, the reality is that the level of informatization in primary and secondary schools differs between regions in our country, especially in urban and rural areas, the difference is more obvious. Moreover, economic development restricts the development of education.,with the rapid development of China’s urban economy, the imbalance between urban and rural economies has gradually expanded, leading to a widening gap in the level of informatization between urban and rural primary and secondary schools.which is extremely unfavorable to the balanced development goal of education in the Ten-Year Development Plan for Educational Informationization(2011-2020).Therefore,it is necessary to study the causes and countermeasures of the differences in the level of informatization in urban and rural primary and secondary schools. This study firstly reviewed and sorted out the relevant literature on education informatization level at home and abroad and studied the policy documents related to education informatization in our country, sorted out the evaluation index system of school informatization level, and combined my own research and referred to the opinions of experts to establish the evaluation index system of informatization level in urban and rural primary and secondary schools in Hubei Province, through the questionnaire form, the opinions of teachers and education informatization experts were solicited, and the evaluation index system was revised.Based on the final index system,an evaluation model of the informatization level of urban and rural middle and elementary schools in Hubei Province was formed. Then, based on the model and combined with the data from the "Hubei Education Yearbook" and the questionnaire survey,we learned about the current situation of the informatization level of urban and rural primary and secondary schools in Hubei Province, and found the differences in the current situation of various indicators between cities and towns, sought out that the urban and rural primary and secondary schools except for the ratio of vitality, there is a certain degree of difference in each index.Afterwards, analyzed the reasons for the difference in the level of informatization in urban and rural primary and secondary schools, such as the urban-rural dual system structure, the government’s investment in urban and rural primary and secondary schools is different, the leadership quality of township primary and secondary schools is worse than that of cities, the government does not pay enough attention to the informatization construction of township primary and secondary schools, the supervision in the process of its informatization construction is not in place, the information management mechanism in the respective schools of the township primary and secondary schools is worse than that of the city, and the teacher level of the township primary and secondary schools is worse than that of the city. Then, feasible countermeasures that can reduce the difference in the level of informatization of urban and rural primary and secondary schools are proposed, such as:giving full play to the government’s main role in the construction of urban and rural education informatization, focusing on cultivating informatization talent teams in rural primary and secondary schools, and promoting the co-construction and sharing of education information resources in urban and rural primary and secondary schools, and so on. |
