Purpose:After swimmers training,use yoga and traditional relaxation methods as recovery methods,and make a scientific comparison,so as to study the effect of yoga on swimmers’ fatigue recovery,Therefore,how to choose one or several simple and effective ways to eliminate fatigue in order to faster and better eliminate the physiological and psychological fatigue of athletes after training,so as to promote the recovery of function,make fatigue and recovery get effective connection,thus producing a virtuous cycle becomes very important.Significance:more and more researches have confirmed that yoga has a good effect on improving the physical and mental state of human body,and can effectively eliminate the physiological fatigue and mental fatigue of human body.Many scholars and researchers have begun to study the effect of yoga on eliminating exercise fatigue,but it is not extensive and in-depth,and it is a blank in the field of swimming.This paper takes yoga as a means of recovery after training,studies the effect of yoga on the recovery of swimmers fatigue,and compares it with traditional recovery methods,proves its feasibility,and provides theoretical basis and reference for yoga in swimming and other sports recovery.Methods:This paper USES the method of literature review,expert interview,experiment and questionnaire survey.Use 30 swimmers in Quanzhou to study,and put them into two groups,one group is experimental group,the other one is traditional group,and each group has 30 people.Use ABQ,RPE,POMS and heart rates as indicators.The experimental group will do Yoga practice,while the other one will do traditional practice.The indicators were taken immediately after the subjects trained and after relaxation intervention.Results:the measured data were compared and analyzed.There were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the fatigue indexes:heart rate(morning pulse,heart rate before training,training center rate,heart rate after training and heart rate after natural recovery),ABQ,blood lactic acid,RPE and POMS,P>0.05.In the formal experiment:1.from the morning pulse of heart rate,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the first two weeks;But in the third week and the fourth week,there was a significant difference between the two groups.In the comparison of heart rate after the first and second week of experimental intervention,there was significant difference between the two groups;In the third and fourth week,there was a very significant difference between the two groups.2.From the perspective of subjective fatigue scale(RPE),from the first week to the fourth week,the scores of RPE in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group.3.From the perspective of mood state(POMS),there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the total score of POMs from the first week to the fourth week.4.According to the results of the athletes fatigue questionnaire(ABQ),there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the first week;From the second week to the fourth week,there were significant differences in the total scores of ABQ between the two groups.5.From the point of view of blood lactic acid,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group from the first week to the fourth week.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the experimental results,it can be seen that yoga has a more significant effect on POMS,RPE,heart rates and ABQ.Especially for the rates on the morning,it has a gradual effect,and need a long time to hold on.To improve mood state after training compared with traditional relaxation and recovery methods.coaches use yoga relaxation methods to eliminate swimmers’physical fatigue and mental fatigue in usual training.
