| Research purposes: Gymnastics is the foundation of many sports events,also known as the "father of sports" and "mother of sports",and it occupies a pivotal position in sports events.Gymnastics is a kind of anaerobic exercise that is difficult to beautify.It has the characteristics of many types,difficulty,and complex movements.The "difficulty" and "beauty" of movements are the most prominent characteristics of gymnastics.Therefore,physical and mental heights are required in the exercise process.Concentrate and unify,go all out,which makes fatigue in the practice process inevitable.Based on the fatigue characteristics of gymnastics,this research attempts to introduce Progressive Muscle Relaxation(PMR),a simple and easy method of fatigue relaxation that has been well-evaluated in the fields of medicine and sports theory,into the after-sports gymnastics class.In the process of recovery from fatigue,through experimentation with traditional methods(foot massage)and natural rest,the physiological and biochemical indicators and psychological indicators are used for analysis,and the effects of this method are observed to provide references for the methods and methods of fatigue elimination after gymnastics training.Research methods: using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,select blood lactic acid(BLA),heart rate(HR),reaction time,subjective fatigue feeling scale(RPE),and observe 36 subjects After gymnastics,the effect of fatigue recovery in PMR relaxation is compared with traditional relaxation and natural rest.Research result:1.PMR relaxation immediately after gymnastics is statistically significant compared with traditional relaxation and natural rest(P<0.05).2.After recovery for 5min,10 min,15min,and 20 min,the difference in HR was significant compared with the traditional relaxation group;among them,the change was the most obvious in relaxation for 5min,10 min,and 20 min.There was also a significant difference in HR in the intervention relaxation process compared with the natural rest group(P<0.05),and there was a very significant difference in relaxation for 5min,10 min,and 20min(P<0.01).Among them,the heart rate recovery rate of the PMR group was the fastest,and the traditional relaxation group was slightly faster than the natural rest group.3.Compared with the natural rest group,there is a significant difference in the response time immediately after the relaxation recovery(P=0.28<0.05),and the relative recovery rate of the PMR group response time is about twice that of the traditional relaxation group,the traditional relaxation group Obviously faster than the relative recovery rate of the natural rest group.4.At 5min,15 min,and 20 min of recovery,there is a significant difference in BLA between the traditional relaxation group and the PMR group(P<0.05),and there is a significant difference between the BLA of the PMR group and the natural rest group at 5 minutes of recovery(P<0.05),And the difference was very obvious at 10 min,15min,and 20 min recovery(P<0.01).In addition,the PMR group had a higher lactic acid elimination rate than the other two groups,and the traditional relaxation group had a slightly better lactic acid elimination rate than the natural rest group.5.Compared with the natural rest group,the PMR group has a statistically significant difference in subjective fatigue feeling after relaxation(P=0.21<0.05).The relative change rate of RPE in the traditional relaxation group is faster than that of the natural rest group.Analysis conclusion:This article shows through heart rate indicators that PMR can eliminate the fatigue of the cardiovascular system after gymnastics anaerobic exercise and improve the heart rate recovery rate by adjusting the autonomic nervous activity.At the same time,it can reduce the blood lactic acid concentration of the subjects after gymnastics class and reduce the accumulation of lactic acid.Continuous muscle contraction accelerates the clearance rate of lactic acid;through the subjective fatigue perception scale and response time,it is found that PMR also has a better effect on relieving nervous system fatigue and mental stress. |
