Study On The Effect Of Music Conditioning Method On Fatigue Recovery Of Shotokan Athletes

Abstract/Summary:
Purpose:Current scientific training modes of competitive sports projects are flourishing,and the gap between abilities of high-grade athletes in terms of technical level,physical function and tactical mind is narrowing.Numerous theoretical research and sports practices show that the fatigue recovery degrees of athletes in Sanda competitions appear a significant correlation with the improving of competitive level as well as developing of future sports techniques,which has become one of the most important factors affecting match results.Therefore,aiming at technical characteristics of Sanda,this paper emphasizes on investigating the fatigue phenomena of male Sanda athletes and adopting music conditioning method to carry out intervention studies.On the basis of analyzing the data before and after music intervention,the fatigue restoration effect was evaluated,the potential advantage of music conditioning method to Sanda athletes was summed up,and the actual impact and function of this method was explored.Methods:In this paper,questionnaire survey method,literature method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics were applied to study 20 athletes from Shanghai Sanda team,and they were divided into music intervention group(experimental group)and traditional relaxation group(control group).Combining with the technical characteristics of Sanda program,the experimental group was intervened with music conditioning method for fatigue,and the control group was intervened with conventional means.Before and after each intervention,all of reaction time test,muscle strength test,visual fatigue test,heart rate test and one-minute punch and leg combination test were performed.Then the test data were statistically analyzed and compared.The duration of the intervention experiment was 8 weeks.Results:1.After the 8-week experimental intervention,the experimental group showed significant differences(P < 0.05)in achievement reduction,emotional/physical exhaustion,and negative exercise evaluation scores,while the control group data showed no significant differences,and the achievement reduction and emotional/physical exhaustion scores were significantly better than the control group showing highly significant differences(P < 0.01).2.After the 8-week experimental intervention,the experimental group showed significant improvement in simple reaction time and comprehensive reaction time,and the performance in simple reaction time and comprehensive reaction time was significantly better than the control group,which showed a highly significant difference(P < 0.01)).3.After the 8-week experimental intervention,both of the experimental and control group appeared significant improvements in back muscle endurance test and showed highly significant differences(P < 0.01).4.After the 8-week experimental intervention,the experimental group data was significantly better than the control group data in visual fatigue test,where neural fatigue was significantly improved,and the two groups of data showed a significant difference(P< 0.05).5.After the 8-week experimental intervention,the experimental group improved exercise heart rate compared to the control group,but the effect was not significant.While the post-exercise heart rate test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,showing a significant difference(P < 0.05).6.After the 8-week experimental intervention,the experimental group got significant improvement in one-minute boxing and leg combining training,whose performance was significantly better than that of the control group.The two groups of data showed a significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The research results indicate that music conditioning combined with traditional muscle relaxation training methods presents a good promoting effect on improving the fatigue effect of male Sanda athletes,mainly manifested as follows:1.This method can effectively improve the psychological fatigue state of Sanda athletes,alleviate their anxiety and tension,and enhance their confidence.2.This method also has a good promoting effect on the recovery of athletes’ neural fatigue,which can effectively alleviate their nervous tension and enhance their focus.3.This method can effectively alleviate athletes’ muscle fatigue and enhance their muscle strength.4.This method has a certain effect on improving the fatigue state of athletes’ cardiopulmonary function,but the effect is not very obvious.However,comparing the experimental group with the control group,the exercise heart rate data of the experimental group decreased significantly,indicating that music conditioning can have a positive impact on the recovery of exercise heart rate.5.This method can also effectively improve the recovery of physical fatigue in Sanda.Compared to traditional relaxation modes,music conditioning can bring a sense of physical and mental pleasure,enhance training enthusiasm,and effectively improve the recovery speed of physical fatigue in Sanda.
