| Purpose:with the development of modern Taekwondo competition, the change of rules not only increases the score of kicks and encourages attack, but also speeds up the rhythm of competition.Effective kicking needs to be fast, accurate and powerful, which puts forward new requirements for the training of lower limb strength and explosive power of Taekwondo athletes. As the leg method with the highest utilization rate and scoring rate in the competition, turning kick is the core technology of Taekwondo training. This study combines training theory with special sports practice, designs complex training close to special events, and takes the speed and strength of turning kick as the main test index to explore the influence of complex training on Taekwondo Athletes’ cross kicking technology,so as to explore a more scientific and efficient way Taekwondo physical training program. Methods:using the methods of literature review, expert interview, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper combs and studies the physical characteristics of Taekwondo athletes, the research status of complex training, the requirements of strength and explosiveness in Taekwondo special physical ability, and the technical characteristics of turning kick, and formulates the compound training scheme,16 athletes(8 in the experimental group and 8 in the control group)were intervened for 6 weeks, and the data before and after the intervention were compared and analyzed.Results:(1)6-week complex training for Taekwondo athletes about 10s knee lifting(P=0.000),10s turning kick(P=0.001),10s left leg front turning kick(P=0.003),10s right leg front turning kick(P=0.008),left leg turning kick action time(P=0.000),right leg action time(P=0.004),left leg back turning kick strike strength(P=0.000),and the effect of 6-week complex training on Taekwondo athletes is significant The hitting strength(P=0.001)of right hind kick was significantly improved.(2)Traditional resistance training for Taekwondo athletes about 10s knee(P=0.000),10s turning kick(P=0.002),10s left leg front turning kick(P=0.002),10s right leg front turning kick(P=0.033),left leg turning kick action time(P=0.004),right leg action time(P=0.005),left leg back turning kick strike strength(P=0.001),right leg back turning kick strike strength(P=0.000)have been improved,But the improvement range was less than that of the compound training group.(3)Compared with the traditional resistance training, complex training can improve the speed and strength of turning kick more obviously.Among the speed indexes, the right leg front turning kick in 10s has the largest improvement, which is 7.1%;Among the strength indexes, the strength value of the right leg rear turning kick increased by 6.6%.Conclusions:(1)6-week complex training can effectively improve the kicking speed and strength of Taekwondo athletes.(2)Compared with the traditional resistance training, the 6-week complex training has a more obvious improvement on the hitting speed of Taekwondo Athletes’ turning kick technique, and has a greater improvement on the performance of action time and speed related indicators of turning kick.(3)Compared with the traditional resistance training, the 6-week complex training can improve the hitting strength of Taekwondo Athletes’ turning kick technique more obviously, and the right leg rear turning kick with better strength foundation can improve the hitting strength more greatly. |
