As we all know,in the practice of sports,the representation training method is one of the most widely used psychological training methods.So far,there have been many experiments to prove that the representation training method has a good promotion effect on the mastery of technology.This study uses the experimental method to apply the representation training method to the Taekwondo cross kick technique teaching,and explores the influence of the representation training method on the Taekwondo cross kick technique and the Taekwondo learning interest of the second grade students.The experiment was conducted with two classes of students in the second grade of Zhuangqiao Middle School in Ningbo City,Zhejiang Province.The random test method was used to determine the experimental group and the control group,30 groups in each group.The teaching of the representation training method was applied to the experimental group teaching,traditional teaching.Method was applied to the control group.The experimental group's horizontal kick technical evaluation scores were higher than the control group.According to the questionnaire analysis,the scores of the experimental group in the four dimensions of positive interest,negative interest,taekwondo participation and autonomy and inquiry were higher than the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between negative interest,autonomy and inquiry and total score(P<0.01).Only the two groups of the two groups of attention to Taekwondo and Taekwondo were slightly lower than the control group(p>0.05).This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The use of imagery training can effectively improve the Taekwondo cross kick technique.After 7 weeks of teaching experiments,the experimental group was subjected to imagery training intervention.The test results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of accuracy,proficiency,and performance of the horizontal kick,and the experimental results were more obvious.(2)The use of imagery training can increase students' interest in Taekwondo learning.Before and after the experiment,it was found that before the teaching experiment,the students in the experimental group were not interested in learning Taekwondo's horizontal kick technology,and there was a perfunctory phenomenon.After joining the image training,students showed a love for the new teaching method,and their enthusiasm for learning Taekwondo,Taekwondo participation,autonomy and inquiry improved significantly.(3)The application of the image training method in Taekwondo teaching has certain feasibility.Through the analysis of the survey results of the study group's learning interest questionnaire before and after the experiment,after the experiment,the students in the experimental group improved in their positive,negative,Taekwondo participation,autonomy,inquiry,and understanding Taekwondo scores and the total scores in the six dimensions,which proved that The application of imagery training method in Tae Kwon Do teaching has a good effect on enriching teaching methods and means and improving the teaching and training effect of Tae Kwon Do.
