Comparative Study Of Hubei, Guangdong, Henan’s Lightweight Outstanding Maleathletes In Taekwondo Cross-kick Action

Taekwondo is a very popular competitive sport in the world. About thirty million peoplein more than one hundred and forty countries engage into the training job of Taekwondo. AndTaekwondo can be seen in all the worldwide competition.Since Taekwondo was brought intoChina, it had been developing quickly.Because of the boom of Taekwondo, some researchersanalyze the skills of Taekwondo from domestic and worldwide competitions and realize thatour Chinese athletes have made considerable progress. The distance between Chinese andforeign athletes in Taekwondo is shortening. The analysis of statistics show that turningkick,especially back turning kick, is the core skills in Taekwondo to get scores incompetitions. There have been lots of researches about the turning kick which is only basedon a single testee or on a single team. As a result, researchers could not achieve representativeresults which is hard to spread. And without others to compare with, it is difficult forresearchers to discover the underlying problems. Because of all these reasons, I chose16testees from three excellent teams in Hubei, Henan, Guangdong Provinces.To minimize theexperimental error,I got the data of athletes in these three teams by using BJ-2combat itemstraining and monitoring system in the standard training center. The data I got involves strength,speed,explosive power and so on.By comparison of athletes in the same team and that between three teams, wecan discover the advantages and disadvantages of these three teams to give some guiding advice abouttrainings for the coaches and the athletes. At the same time, this article as a foundation can also providedata for other familiar researches.
