| In the current situation of frequent physical and health problems of college students,it is worth exploring the role of Tai Chi pushing hands as a traditional national sport in promoting health.In this article,through exploring Tai Chi pushing hands the actual impact of sports on college students’ physical health and Tai Chi pushing hands and Tai Chi routines in raising the difference of students’ physique health,in order to the health of the Tai Chi pushing hands value to provide a theoretical foundation for the research and development of Tai Chi project at colleges and universities,in order to promote the sports of college students’ physical health level to provide reasonable reference.Therefore,this study adopts the method of literature,experiment and data statistics to take 60 college students in Heze University as experimental subjects and randomly divided them into the experimental group to practice Tai Chi pushing hands and the control group to practice 24 simplified Tai Chi routines.The two groups practiced for 16 weeks,twice a week,90 minutes each time.Before and after the experiment,the body shape,body function and body quality of the experimental subjects were tested and the test data were compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the Tai Chi pushing hands movement can significantly improve the body shape,physical function and physical quality of college students.Among them,the effective improvement of the physical quality of college students is mainly manifested in muscle strength,explosive force,balance ability,reaction speed,flexibility and other aspects,but the improvement effect of the displacement speed and endurance quality is not obvious.Tai Chi pushing hands is better than Tai Chi in improving college students’ strength quality,explosive power and reaction speed,but it is obviously weaker than Tai Chi in improving flexibility.Therefore,it can be seen that Tai Chi pushing hands exercise can effectively improve the physical health level of college students,and both Tai Chi pushing hands and Tai Chi routines have their own advantages in improving the physical quality of college students,which can be complementary. |
