Research On The Development Of Chen’s Tai Chi Techniques In Tai Chi Pushing Hands

Taijiquan is an important part of Chinese martial arts culture.After years of continuous inheritance and development,taijiquan has become an important activity of People’s Daily fitness and health,and has also become one of the key sports projects in China.However,at present,the competition of taijiquan in China mainly focuses on the practice of the boxing routine,and the actual combat of taijiquan is not very many,which greatly affects and restricts the further development of taijiquan,and also leads to the feeling of "looking good but not using".For improving the taiji tuishou influence and enrich taiji tuishou technique skills,effective blend in taijiquan techniques to tai chi push hands,thus improve the expressive force of taiji tuishou,make more people to concern and love taiji tuishou,at the same time considering the Chen taijiquan demonstrated the spirit of the virtual roof sink strength,gas,heavy shoulder elbow,chest arch the back,bend your knees round fork,buttock,storage and backwardness,and characteristics and taiji tuishou spiral techniques such as the rules of the game is most fit,so in this paper,six major schools of tai chi chuan Chen taijiquan as the breakthrough point,in exploring how to Chen taijiquan techniques can be applied in taiji tuishou practice better.Study mainly through using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire investigation,data analysis,on-the-spot investigation and logical analysis,the characteristics of Chen taijiquan techniques,taiji tuishou game,Chen taijiquan techniques can be applied with the theory of taiji tuishou content,as well as the present Chen taijiquan techniques such as the actual application situation in taiji push hand for statistics and analysis.Study found that the characteristics of Chen taijiquan to expose,idea,skill,and the rules of taiji tuishou requirements and evolution trends relate to each place,and the current existing athletes in taiji tuishou game to try and the successful use of Chen taijiquan techniques to get points,it can be seen from the power of the taijiquan game players themselves,are gradually recognized and accepted and attaches great importance to the Chen taijiquan techniques application in actual combat;But at the same time,also want to clear understanding to the Chen taijiquan for taiji tuishou when there are still many problems,such as Chen taijiquan techniques show trends is far more important than competition,the inheritance of taiji tuishou ability is weak,the inheritance of the comprehensive ability is insufficient,technique application problems such as imperfect rules,the relevant security lack;In view of this,this paper respectively from Chen taijiquan athletes and amateur attitude,actual combat skills ability,humanresources,perfect rules,basic security aspects put forward concrete countermeasures,hope to help improve the Chen taijiquan techniques in the application of taiji tuishou frequency and effect,and ultimately enhance the expressional power of taiji tuishou competition and influence,make the public esteem taiji tuishou.Through the research,four conclusions are drawn: first,Chen’s taijiquan techniques and taiji push hand are the same integration,they both pursue the Yin and Yang coordination,both attack and defense,with the soft control of the strong,indicating that Chen’s taijiquan techniques can be theoretically applied to taiji push hand.Second,Chen’s taijiquan technique has been applied in taijiquan pushing hands.The eight methods of taijiquan have become the bridge between Chen’s taijiquan technique and taijiquan pushing hands.Third,the effect of Chen’s taijiquan technique in taiji pushing hands is not ideal,which is deeply restricted by the development trend,the ability of the successor,the rules of taiji pushing hands and the material support and other internal and external conditions.Four is to Chen taijiquan techniques applied in taiji tuishou better practice,should not only improve the Chen taijiquan athletes and fans of taiji tuishou recognition and attention,and to improve the Chen taijiquan on taiji tuishou ability of actual combat skills should not only enrich the Chen taijiquan and competitive taiji tuishou talent resources,and to improve the relevant rules on Chen taijiquan techniques used in taiji tuishou,at the same time should strengthen the Chen taijiquan in competitive taiji tuishou application training basic guarantee.
