| Land sports is now the main form of human physical exercise,with good fitness effect.In water sports,swimming has always been a popular project welcomed by the majority of sports fans.In addition,water rehabilitation and water aerobics are popular at home and abroad.However,due to the differences of regional environment and educational resources,college students in economically underdeveloped areas are not exposed to many related projects.The positive effect of HIIT on human health has been confirmed by many researchers,but can HIIT be combined with water environment?The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of self weight HIIT training in shallow water environment and on the health and physical fitness of male college students in land environment.Can shallow water environment also play the same role as land environment?At the same time,according to the relevant indicators of the experimental test,the difference of the training intervention effect was compared.Due to the impact of the epidemic situation in the first half of 2020,many college students are unable to start school as scheduled,and many students lack the awareness of physical exercise at home.This study hopes to make a meaningful attempt and exploration to improve the health of college students in our country according to the limited local conditions.Research objects and methods:This article uses the literature method to conduct literature research on HIIT and healthy fitness;using experimental methods,42 male college students in Anqing City,Anhui Province are used as the experimental subjects for a period of 6 weeks,3 times a week.HIIT training intervention for the second time;expert interviews were used in the selection of training actions and evaluation indicators to determine a set of reasonable training programs;after the pre-experiment test,all subjects were randomly divided into three groups without any intervention group of 14 people There are 14 people in the shallow water group and 14 people in the land group.The non-intervention group only maintains normal daily activities.The shallow water group and the land group undergo the same program of self-weight HIIT training in the shallow water environment and the land environment.After 6 weeks,pass the three The data changes of body composition,cardiorespiratory fitness,muscle fitness,and flexibility fitness before and after training were compared within and between groups for discussion and analysis.During the experiment,according to the immediate heart rate during training and the change of subjective physical strength feeling level after training,observe the morning pulse value after each training,and adjust the exercise intensity and training program in time.The results of the study:The results of statistical correlation tests are as follows:1.After the experiment,the improvement effect of BMI,waist-to-hip ratio and body fat rate of the shallow water group and the land group was better than that of the non-intervention group(P<0.05).Comparison between the groups,the shallow water group reduced fat The effect is better than that of the land group(P<0.05).2.The maximum oxygen uptake and vital capacity after the experiment in the shallow water group and the land group were significantly improved compared with the non-intervention group(P<0.05).The comparison between the groups,the quiet heart rate,vital capacity and maximum oxygen uptake of the shallow water group were compared with that of the land group.There is a significant difference in the comparison of the data in the previous group(P<0.05).3.After the experiment in the shallow water group and the land group,each index was significantly improved compared with the non-intervention group(P<0.05).Compared between the groups,the lower limb strength improvement effect of the land group was better than that of the shallow water group(P<0.05),the shallow water group The sit-up test results were significantly better than that of the land group(P<0.01).4.Compared with the pre-experimental sitting position test scores in the shallow water group,there were significant changes(P<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)HIIT training in shallow water environment can improve the body composition,cardiopulmonary fitness and flexibility of male college students better.(2)HIIT training in land environment is better for male college students to improve the explosive power of lower limbs,If it is necessary to enhance the strength and endurance of lumbar and abdominal muscles,the training effect in shallow water environment will be better.(3)HIIT training in shallow water environment will be challenging,but it is more interesting for male college students. |
