Objective:This experiment mainly analyzes the physical fitness(core stability and balance, isokinetic trunk muscle strength, aerobic endurance, water sense, upper limb strength, lower limb power, flexibility, sensitivity)of kayakers by high-intensity interval training(aquatic or land)in different sports environments affect the effect. Methods:This paper mainly uses the literature data method, the experimental method and the mathematical statistics method. The subjects participating in the intervention training were22 canoeing team members of Wuhan Sports university,Subjects had exercise grades 1 and II.Twenty-two subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(n=11)and control group(n=11).The experimental group used high intensity intermittent training in water, and the control group used land high intensity intermittent training,Before and after the 8 weeks of intervention training, the test indicators(core stability and balance, trunk strength, aerobic endurance, water, upper limb strength, lower limb power, flexibility, sensitivity),collect test data and use SPSS25.0 software statistical analysis, between vs within group data were analyzed using repeated measures ANOVA.Results:(1)Comparing the test indexes before and after 8 weeks, there was a very significant difference in the standing time of one leg with eyes closed in the experimental group(P < 0.01),there was a very significant difference in the muscle endurance of flexor and extensor groups in the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01),there was a very significant difference in the muscle endurance of left and right internal and external oblique muscles in the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01),There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).(2)Comparing the test indexes before and after8 weeks, the peak torque and total work of trunk left-right rotation, flexion and extension in the experimental group and the control group were significantly different at different angular velocities(P < 0.01);(3)Comparing the test indexes before and after 8 weeks, the experimental group had very significant differences in 3200 meter running,100 step deep-water running, recumbent pulling, bench pushing,weight-bearing flexion and extension,2-minute bench pushing,2-minute recumbent pulling,1-minute pull and sitting posture forward flexion(P < 0.01);In the control group, there were significant differences in lying down,push,weight-bearing pull-out,weight-bearing flexion and extension,2min lying down,1min pull-out and sitting posture forward flexion(P < 0.01),and there were significant differences in 3200 m running, hundred step deep-water running and 2min lying down(P <0.05);There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05);(4)The peak torque and total work of trunk left-right rotation, flexion and extension,3200 meter run,100 step deep-water run, recumbent pull, bench push,weight-bearing pull-out,weight-bearing flexion and extension,2-minute bench push,2-minute recumbent pull,1-minute pull-out,standing long jump, vertical jump and touch height, sitting body flexion and T-sensitive run had no interactive difference between the groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:High intensity intermittent training in water can effectively improve the physical fitness level of young kayakers(core stability and balance, trunk muscle strength, aerobic ability and water feeling, upper limb strength, lower limb explosive power and flexibility). It can be used as a part of the physical fitness training plan of kayakers, which is efficient and feasible.
