Driven by the national fitness program and the No.46 document,the State General Administration of sports promulgated the "bicycle industry development plan" in 2018,which focused on the product and service quality of bicycle events with professional bicycle events and mass events as the engine.In this environment,domestic professional road cycling events have developed rapidly.2019 Tour of China is one of the Asian tournaments.It has been 10 years since it was first held in 2010.However,in the environment of fierce competition in the domestic market,there are some problems,such as the relatively low professional level of the teams participating in the race and the lack of development stamina.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to deeply understand the actual needs of the racing drivers,find out the problems existing in the race service and make improvements,so as to improve the overall competitive strength and appreciation level of the Tour of China,so as to attract more excellent drivers to participate in the race and help the overall upgrading of the China ring race.This study focuses on the evaluation of race service quality,satisfaction and behavioral intention of race drivers in the 2019 Tour of China.Adopting the methods such as document study,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical analysis and so on,based on the SPORTSEVER model,this paper uses SPSS24.0 to explore the competition service quality and Racer participation.The results show that:firstly,the participants are young and internationalized;Secondly,The main factors significantly affect the service quality evaluation,drivers’ satisfaction and behavior intention;Thirdly,the service quality of the tangible,reliability and responsiveness have a significant positive impact on the drivers’ satisfaction;in addition,the service quality of the tangible and reliability have a significant positive impact on the drivers’behavior intention;Finally,The satisfaction of the participating drivers plays an intermediary role in the service quality of the event and the behavior intention of the drivers.Also,this paper gives some suggestions to help Tour of China improve the service quality,expand the brand influence,and enhance the drivers’ willingness to repeat the competition:(1)From the perspective of event design:improve the rules of host selection,enhance the city service guarantee;(2)From the perspective of media publicity:expand the popularity of China rim and improve the willingness of drivers to participate in the competition;(3)From the perspective of event operation:comprehensively improve the service quality,improve the drivers’ willingness to participate again;(4)From the athlete’s point of view:pay attention to the experience of racing drivers,attract top teams to participate in the competition;(5)From the perspective of the government:strengthen incentive measures,improve the game security. |
