The volunteers of college are the main force of the volunteer service of sports events.The study of the intention of the volunteers of the college students' sports events can effectively promote the management of the volunteers.This study uses the theory of planned behavior to systematically study the intention of college students to participate in voluntary service in sports events and explore the main influencing factors.Through quantitative analysis,it is hoped that the college students will be more targeted to participate in the volunteer service of sports events.On the basis of comprehensive research on volunteers,planning behavior theory and open questionnaire survey,the researcher formed a questionnaire on voluntary service intention of college students to participate in the competition,and conducted an empirical study on the students of Beijing Sport University.This study examines the relationship between the attitude variables,subjective norms,perceptual behavior control variables and the voluntary service intention of college students in sports events,and analyzes the relationship between attitudes,subjective norms,perception behavior control and their composition.The difference in variables in a model with different variables.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature induction,questionnaire and so on,and draws the following eight conclusions.First,the intention of college students to participate in voluntary service of sports events is mainly influenced by three variables,the attitude,the subjective norm and the perception behavior control of the college students,among which the relative degree of the "perception behavior control" is the strongest,followed by the "attitude" variable and the "subjective norm".The weakest.Second,college students mainly think that volunteering for sports events will make him feel happy,and the second is to help them to learn knowledge,again to satisfy their curiosity,and to make themselves satisfied.Third,college students believe that their school teachers have the highest approval of their participation in sports events volunteer service,followed by close friends,and again for family and surrounding students.In terms of compliance,the subjects were more willing to follow the opinions of school teachers and close friends.Fourth,college students believe that whether there is sufficient free leisure time and knowledge expertise has the greatest impact on whether the subjects can participate in voluntary service in sports events,followed by their own physical and economic conditions.The research object is relatively low in terms of economic factors and time.Fifth,with the increase of grade,the students' personal judgment was enhanced,and the compliance motivation of the people around was decreased;the freshmen had the strongest perception behavior to participate in the voluntary service of sports events,followed by the junior students and the weakest for the senior four students.Sixth,the attitude of male college students to volunteer service in sports events is slightly more positive than that of female students;the participation of female college students in sports volunteer service is more likely to be influenced by important reference objects;male college students are willing to participate in voluntary service activities of sports events than female students.Seventh,the evaluation of the attitude of Communist Party members and Communist Youth League members on volunteering for sports events should be significantly higher than those of the masses,and the value of voluntary service of sports events is higher.Eighth,the students who participated in the voluntary service of sports events continued to participate in the voluntary service of sports events higher;those who did not have the experience of volunteering for sports events were more inclined to comply with the opinions of others who were close to them.
