The Bottleneck Analysis And Countermeasure Research On The Development Of Chinese Teenagers’ Ice Hockey Clubs

Since Beijing won the bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games,the state and society have paid more and more attention to winter sports.Rarely in ice hockey as its collective athletics project,help develop youth team spirit and sense of competition,gradually is popular among the teenagers and their parents.The development of the youth hockey club,which can enrich the traditional backup talent cultivation mode,broaden the hockey talent conveying way in our country,add the choice of juvenile extracurricular sports activities.Many youth hockey clubs came into being under this background,especially the number of commercial clubs grew rapidly.There is a big gap between China’s youth hockey clubs and the ice hockey powers in terms of the number of stadiums,the scale of operation,the technical level,and the operation and management.This study focused on the analysis of the current our country teenagers to the bottleneck in the development process of ice hockey club,looking for solutions,so as to promote its sustainable development,and promote the overall development of China’s ice hockey.This paper analyzes and studies the development of youth hockey clubs in China by means of literature,expert interview,field investigation,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey,and based on the questionnaire and expert interview,this paper makes a qualitative research on the development status of youth hockey clubs in China-to analysis our country youth hockey club in the developing of the difficulties and problems encountered,on the basis of providing optimization idea.Study the following conclusions:1.The factors that affect the development of youth hockey clubs in China mainly include external environment restriction and internal factors restriction.External factors hindering the development of the Chinese youth hockey club include:per capita income level is limited,curling a shortage of funds;Ice hockey culture development is not enough,do not have a high level of social identity;Ice hockey popularize low strength,poor performance in ice hockey competition;The industry as a whole is not standardized,and the competition system is not sound enough;The "COVID-19" epidemic hit hard,and sports participation was limited.3.Internal factors hindering the development of the Chinese youth hockey club include:hockey venue facilities supply behind,equipped with independent research and development ability is poor;Operation management ability is insufficient,profit ability needs to improve;The teaching level of the coach is uneven,and the training lacks reasonable layout design.Lack of scientific and effective incentive mechanism,insufficient investment in the training of coaches.According to the conclusion,this study put forward the following Suggestions:Strengthen policy support and increase social input;Make ice hockey culture,improve propaganda;Enhancing professional hockey competition performance,and develop professional ice hockey;Establish a uniform standard,to strengthen the supervision and administration;Cultivate diversified competition system and improve the training norms of referees;To enhance international exchanges,hockey cultivate talents;Improve the equipment manufacturing capacity,strengthen the construction of venue resources;Innovative enterprise management mode,improving operation management level;Increase investment in market development and cultivate hockey program identity;Increase the assessment of coaches and Cultivate the power of reserve talents in the club;improve the team building of employees and establish a scientific incentive system.
