A Study On The Development And Strategy Of The Children’s Ice Hockey In Haidian District Of Beijing

Through this research,the development status and problems of children’s ice hockey are explored,and countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.To provide reasonable Suggestions for ice hockey policy makers to promote the better development of ice hockey among children.This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey,data analysis,the ice hockey related literature at home and abroad to consult,expert interview,questionnaire and hockey parents questionnaire,interview the haidian district hockey experts,teachers,parents,analysis summary,haidian district,Beijing children’s hockey movement development present situation and problems.Research findings :(1)the continuous development of children’s ice hockey in haidian district,thanks to the timely support of district policy funds,has improved the participation rate of students in ice hockey,and expanded the scale and influence of the ice hockey league.The form of "school district league" in the league can effectively solve the contradiction between league form and competition scale control,which is in line with the urgent need of the development of campus hockey and worth promoting in the campus hockey games.(2)after the success of the bid for the winter Olympics,the number of children’s hockey participating groups in haidian district increased significantly,the scale of the hockey league continued to expand,and the hockey facilities continued to improve under the promotion of policies.However,compared with traditional sports,the lack of venues,insufficient coaches and high costs still restrict the popularity of ice hockey among children.(3)there is a lack of reserve talents in the development of children’s ice hockey in haidian district,and the society needs to improve its understanding of ice hockey;The investment cost of ice hockey is too high,the participation threshold is too high;Ice hockey lacks a broad base on campus;Social league system is not perfect,the lack of children hockey talent rising channel;The quality of hockey coaches is uneven,there is a lack of effective certification and industry standards.According to the research results,three Suggestions are given to promote the development of children’s hockey.(1)the government departments in charge should strengthen top-level design and long-term planning,and guide the healthy development of children’s hockey industry from policies and funds.The formulation of policies should not only serve 2022,but also make a good development plan for hockey in the post-winter Olympics era,so as to form a tripartite alliance among clubs,schools and families to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the sport.(2)multiple departments should join forces to build and improve the mechanism of the hockey league to open up the channel for the cultivation of reserve talents.Overall planning of competition system,reasonable division of competition groups,and constantly improve the competition hardware facilities and software services.Strengthen the construction of the referee team and the coach team,improve the training level,enhance the spectator of the game.We will build a three-tier tournament system for primary,secondary and university sports to ensure smooth access to hockey talent.(3)education authorities should promote the integration of resources,reduce the cost of ice hockey participation,increase the participation rate of ice hockey,and promote the continuous improvement of students’ physical fitness.Education commissions at all levels should make overall plans for regional resources,integrate hockey resources,innovate the development model of hockey,and improve the utilization rate of existing hockey resources.Through the policy guidance,promote the increment of hockey resources to improve,reduce the cost of participating in hockey.Through the enhancement hockey propaganda,guides the family to carry on the hockey exercise independently.
