Research On The Additional Criteria Of Difficulty Movements Of Rhythmic Gymnastics Group Exercises

Group exercise are the key development projects of my country’s rhythmic gymnastics.Since the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,my country’s rhythmic gymnastics team events have been in a state of strong competition with international high-level teams.In recent years,the code of points of rhythmic gymnastics have been continuously updated and reformed,which has higher requirements for the physical fitness and difficulty evaluation standards of rhythmic gymnastics.Since the latest version of the code of points of rhythmic gymnastics was updated in February 2018,the scores,difficulty additional criteria and final scores of the physical difficulty movements of rhythmic gymnastics Group exercise have been changed to some extent.In order to better improve the performance rankings,this article uses Chinese and foreign rhythmic gymnastics the subject is the technical level of the complete set of difficulty movements in group exercise,analyze and understand the current status of the use of additional criteria for the group exercise of rhythmic gymnastics in my country,find the gaps in the use of additional criteria at home and abroad,and conduct research,and arrange and compare my country’s rhythmic gymnastics Group exercise,use additional criteria to provide reference data.Based on the 2017-2020 Rhythmic Gymnastics code of points,this article will collect and sort out 32 sets of competition videos of the top eight collective all-rounders in China and the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in 2019.Research the application of additional criteria in the complete set of difficult movements,including:exchange difficulty(ED),dynamic elements with rotation(R)and collaborations(C),analyze and explore the addition criteria from these three types of difficult movements the arrangement and application of sub-factors.This article uses literature data method,interview method,video analysis method and mathematical statistics method to conduct research.The main conclusions include:1.On the basic value of ED,R and C three types of difficult movements,the completion of additional criteria can increase the value of difficult movements again.In February 2018,the rhythmic gymnastics code of points were changed again,and the final score of the group exercise complete set of difficult movements was changed to no upper limit.The large number of factors that increase the difficulty of exchange and the number of additional criteria for the difficulty of cooperation is currently one of the main means for domestic and foreign teams to increase the value of difficult moves and enhance their competitiveness.2.In the 5-balls and 3-hoops and 4-clubs two sets of moves,the total value of the three types of difficult moves,ED,R and C,is lower than that of international high-level teams.In the C difficulty movement,the total difficulty value of international high-level teams exceeds that of domestic teams by more than 20%.At present,the total difficulty value of all kinds of group exercise in our country is lower than that of international high-level teams,which is one of the main problems that cause insufficient competitiveness.3.There is a clear gap between the number and types of additional criteria used by Chinese group exercise and international high-level teams in the exchange of difficult movements.In the two routine,the total number of 5-balls exchange difficulty additional criteria differed by 25 times at home and abroad,and the total number of 3-hoops and 4-clubs differed by 57 times.In the two routine,there are technical gaps in the arrangement of the additional criteria in my country,compared with the international high-level teams.4.In the case that the difficulty arrangement value is not capped,increasing the number of additional criteria for collaborations has become the first choice,but there is still a significant gap between my country and the international high-level teams.In the 5-balls routine,there is a total difference of 138 times between my country and the international high-level teams,and the total number of 3-hoops and 4-clubs two routines between my country and the international high-level teams is 148 times.
