Research On The Collaboratives Difficulty Movements Of Chinese And Foreign Rhythmic Gymnastics Group Exercise

With the constant updating of the 2017-2020 edition of rhythmic gymnastics scoring rules,rhythmic gymnastics sets require more and more skill and ability for each athlete.In the complete set of collective events,5 types of difficult movements and 3 types have quantitative requirements,namely,body difficulty,exchange difficulty and dynamic rotation movement;There is no limit on the number of the other two types of difficult movements,cooperative movements and dance step combinations.Among them,each score of unrestricted dance steps is 0.3 points,but it must reach more than 8 seconds,which takes a long time and has a low score.For cooperative difficulty actions,if all factors can be fully used,the highest score of a cooperative difficulty action can reach more than 1.0.Due to the rule that the score of difficult actions is not capped,high-value difficult actions need to be presented quickly and more within the limited time of 2’ 15 "-2’ 30",which highlights the importance of cooperative difficult actions in the set.Therefore,the arrangement level and completion quality of cooperative difficult movements have become important factors for obtaining complete sets of movements with high scores.Based on the2017-2020 edition of rhythmic gymnastics scoring rules,this study takes the top eight complete sets of movements in the collective events of 2019 world rhythmic gymnastics championship and China’s national rhythmic gymnastics championship as the analysis objects,and makes a comparatively in-depth comparative analysis of the cooperative difficulty movements in the complete sets of movements in the collective events of Chinese and foreign rhythmic gymnastics by using the methods of literature,expert interviews,video analysis and mathematical statistics.Looking for the advantages and disadvantages of cooperative difficult movements in collective events at home and abroad,exploring the strategies to improve the level of cooperative difficult movements in collective events of rhythmic gymnastics in China,further improving the application level of cooperative difficult movements in collective events of rhythmic gymnastics in China,and providing reference basis for the arrangement of cooperative difficult movements in collective events of rhythmic gymnastics in China.Research indicates:1 Compared with the top eight in the world championship,there is an obvious gap in the number and value of difficult movements in collective events of rhythmic gymnastics in China.The types are lack of balance and novelty,and the combination of bonus factors is single and lack of diversity.The single form of cooperative difficulty action dominates in the set,and the less use of complex form of cooperative difficulty action is the main factor causing the low score of cooperative difficulty action in China.2.The application level of static coordination difficulty movements of domestic and foreign teams is basically the same,and there is no obvious difference.Compared with foreign countries,the difficulty movements of cooperation in other states and the difficulty movements of three circles and four sticks in dynamic cooperation in our country are less used,which to some extent affects the artistic value and presentation level of complete sets of movements.3.Compared with foreign countries,the use of throwing technique is less in our country’s cooperative difficulty movements,which are mainly focused on throwing double instruments and CRR-type cooperative difficulty movements.The use of large throw technology is relatively balanced,mainly focusing on the coordination difficulty actions of double throw equipment,CRR and CRR2 types.4.The venues used for domestic and foreign cooperative difficult movements are mainly Area 5,showing perfect angle,and the multi-area use is mostly 3 or 4 areas.In the same direction of motion,6 points are the main points for three rounds and 4 bars,and 2 points and 5 points are the main points for five balls.Three points are the main movement directions.At home and abroad,the movement direction of cooperative difficult motion instruments is obviously higher than the same direction,and there is no obvious difference between the two.5.The countermeasures to improve the coordination difficulty level of collective events of rhythmic gymnastics in China are as follows: to strengthen the training of instrument technology;To improve the comprehensive quality of athletes;To improve the ability of coaches in an all-round way;According to the athlete’s level and characteristics,design and arrange.
