Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Training Leisure Sports Professionals In Anhui Province From The Perspective Of Experience Industry

The report of the 19th National Congress pointed out that the main contradiction in our society in the new era has changed into the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.It can be seen from this that people’s pursuit of a better life is increasing day by day,and activities that pay attention to high sense of experience and high degree of participation have gradually become people’s consumption value orientation.Therefore,the experience industry around the essential needs of human beings is developing rapidly in our country.In the past 30 years,the experience industry in developed countries has developed rapidly,providing many valuable experiences for the development of China’s experience industry.Its development process and experience have far-reaching enlightenment on China’s experience industry.However,China’s experience industry is just in its infancy.The market has not yet formed norms and standards for industrial development.The incompleteness of market resources is traced back to the lack of a large number of relevant talents and the lack of relevant knowledge and ability.Generally speaking,leisure sports refers to people’s physical exercise activities in their spare time to improve their physical and mental health,enrich and create life interest,and improve themselves.Leisure sports play an important role in improving health,strengthening physique,preventing disease and rehabilitation,improving cultural quality and spiritual civilization,enriching life content and strengthening interpersonal relationship,as well as promoting socialization and personality formation.The experience industry is also to strengthen people’s spiritual awareness,enhance the internal experience as the core,through all kinds of tangible or intangible goods to provide"experienc" services.Therefore,leisure sports specialty can make up for the lack of experience industry talents by adding experience industry as a new training direction.To address this issue,This research is based on the present situation of leisure sports professional personnel training in Anhui undergraduate colleges and universities to carry out empirical research.Through the data analysis and research on the enrollment scale,training objectives,professional direction,curriculum,teachers’ status and practical teaching in the current situation of leisure sports professional training in five universities in Anhui Province,Through investigation and analysis,the following three problems exist in the training process of leisure sports professionals in Anhui undergraduate colleges and universities:the curriculum content setting has insufficient support for the needs of experience industry;The coincidence degree of professional teachers to expand the enrollment scale is insufficient.The integration mode of production and education is not effective enough for the practical education mechanism.Based on the demand for talents in the experience industry market,the following five suggestions are put forward for the actual problems in the training process of leisure sports professionals in Anhui undergraduate colleges and universities:based on local needs,concise professional advantages;Focusing on Multiple Integration,Improving Curriculum Setting;According to the characteristics of the industry,optimize the selection and allocation of enrollment;Aiming at the quality of training and integrating teachers;Teaching practice should be integrated to pool the strength of running a school.
