The Design And Implementation Of High School Performance Management System

In recent years,with the rapid development of computer technology,especially the increasingly powerful function of database technology and Internet technology,it has become an important part of people’s work and life.It is the wide application of Internet technology on the premise of the realization of data sharing and information transmission between computers.Among them,the main functions of database technology are information statistics,information retrieval,data storage and so on.In fact,the application of database technology can simplify workflow and improve work efficiency.At present,many municipal level schools in China face not only a lot of work in performance management,but also various kinds of information management,storage,collection and so on.Although some of the middle schools with better conditions have applied more advanced performance management systems,there are fewer schools with this ability,which is not a widespread phenomenon.Most schools still use traditional performance management methods,and have not yet passed the standard,complete system statistics and analysis of student achievement information,which is the research background for the design and implementation of middle school performance management system.In this study,the design and implementation of middle school performance management system as the research subject,in the analysis of research background,research significance,research status and performance management system,based on related technologies including the development environment,structure,system,database technology is explored.At the same time,based on the goal of middle school performance management system,this study summarizes the functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system,and analyzes the actual needs of the performance management system in middle schools through practical use cases.Then,this study proposes the optimization of performance management system of middle school,namely in the overall architecture,hardware and software deployment of network architecture,the three aspects of system framework to optimize the design,the main function of the system and process,the process including static model and dynamic model and business process.In order to ensure the performance of the high school performance management system,this research also has a detailed design of the database.In the system implementation,this paper set up the operating environment,the high school grades management system login function,management function and management function of student teachers,grade management,class management,curriculum management,function test management function,performance management function of a specific implementation,and show that the operation of the system effect.Optimization and application of middle school performance management system,help to reduce the pressure of workers,improve the efficiency and quality of the classroom,the school management project to achieve breakthrough.Besides,the middle school performance management system designed by this study can help middle school abandon the traditional semi manual performance management method and adopt more intelligent performance information management mode.
