| Innovation is the driving force of national development,therefore,in the current vocational education,students must be innovative ability to attract enough attention.For the secondary vocational students,have enough strong innovation ability,not only can effectively provide students’ professional ability,but also allow students to work in the daily work,more in-depth understanding of their own professional skills.At the same time,with strong enough innovation,but also allow students to work in the post,you can continue to innovate,and thus better promote the development of the industry and promote professional and technical and operational upgrading.In this paper,two vocational schools in Xi’an as the object of study,through the literature research method,comparative analysis and questionnaire method,analysis of the current two secondary school students for their own satisfaction with the degree of innovation,students understand the strong degree of innovation,To obtain the probability of innovation knowledge,the return of innovative results and the number of secondary school teachers to use innovative teaching methods to sum up the two schools for students to innovate the ability to operate the situation,elaborate China’s secondary school students to develop students The importance and necessity of innovation ability.In this study,through analysis,it was found that there are many obstacles in skills training for secondary vocational students,constraints on skills training in traditional teaching models,constraints on vocational skills for secondary vocational students,and skills development for students in secondary schools.Constraints,students’ own problems,and imperfect infrastructure have many problems.In response to these problems,this study proposes the path and guarantee for the effective implementation of the cultivation and development of secondary vocational students,and puts forward the concept of updating traditional teaching and intensifying the awareness of skill training;the reform of the skills training system in secondary vocational colleges;and the strengthening of the “dual-qualification” team.Improve the overall quality of teachers;establish a scientific skills assessment system for secondary vocational students;strengthen the construction of practical training bases to highlight the characteristics of vocational education;cultivate students’ professional core and skills and develop students’ operational and training abilities.This study is of great significance for strengthening education,providing students with more quality education,and developing more skilled talents,thus meeting the society’s diversified requirements for talents. |
