The administrative management of higher vocational colleges is the foundation for the smooth development of various works.With the publication of the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform,the construction of characteristic high level higher vocational schools and specialties(referred to as "double high")has been formally implemented.In the process of "double high" construction,facing the new connotative development of higher education in the new era,a young administrative team with strong comprehensive ability and vitality is urgently needed.As the executor and implementer of administrative work,the young administrative personnel in higher vocational colleges study effective ways to improve the efficiency and level of administrative management based on the incentive problem of young administrative management,which can better serve the construction of "double high" and quality school in higher vocational colleges.The working state,professional quality and spiritual outlook of young administrative personnel directly affect the whole work of higher vocational colleges.How to fully mobilize their subjective initiative,actively participate in the construction of the school,and maintain the good vitality of the whole team has become a key issue to be solved urgently in higher vocational colleges.In this study,literature research method,questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods,management by objectives theory,equity theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory are applied to specific research.Taking A higher vocational college in H City,which is building the ranks of "double high" construction,as an example,it is found in the research on the incentive problem of young administrative personnel,A There are some problems in higher vocational colleges,such as unreasonable and unfair salary setting for young administrative personnel,unvalued work,lack of career development planning and imperfect post setting.The research and analysis of this paper believes that there is A problem of motivating young administrators in A higher vocational college in H city.If it cannot be effectively solved for a long time,the further development of A higher vocational school will inevitably be negatively affected and even form a huge obstacle.This study points out that the causes of the problems are not only institutional factors,but also related to campus culture and other factors.A Higher vocational colleges should establish the people-oriented management concept,adhere to the principle of fairness and practicality,formulate practical plans,explore the establishment and improvement of incentive assessment and evaluation system,implement career planning,scientific post planning and optimize salary setting;At the same time,it is pointed out that we should attach importance to the construction of campus culture in the process of improvement,so as to provide lasting spiritual guarantee for the implementation of incentive and improvement plan,and thus escort the construction of "double high" in higher vocational colleges. |
