Research On My Country's Internet Mass Incidents From The Perspective Of Political Communicatio

In the interweaving of Chinese path to modernization and the innovation of Internet technology,the conflicts and social contradictions in the current Chinese society,accompanied by the profound adjustment of interest relations,are frequently highlighted through the new form of network group events,which has a strong impact on government governance and government credibility.Political communication is the study of the generation,dissemination,and effectiveness of political information under the integration of political science and communication studies.The development and transformation of internet technology have driven the transformation of the entire society and also promoted the development of political communication towards online political communication.As a result,the public has gained technological empowerment and become the initiator of the bottom-up dissemination of political information.The new characteristics of political communication in the online media environment have also become the triggering conditions for the rise of group events on the internet.This article uses the political system analysis method to view the bottom-up dissemination of public opinion as input,and the government’s feedback response as output.From the perspective of political communication,it explores the interactive communication process between multiple subjects in the fermentation and evolution of network group events.Stimulating events,group polarization after opinion leaders’ rendering under the public public path,public opinion input under the public government path,decision feedback under the government public path,and information dissemination on the new media interactive platform are all key factors promoting the progress of online group events.Through the analysis of empirical cases,it is found that the public and the government,as the main actors at both ends of the communication chain,their action process mainly involves the input of public opinion and government decision-making and accountability to output responses.The obstruction of channels for expressing legitimate interests and the poor interaction between the government,the public,and the media are the reasons for the continuous evolution and fermentation of online group events.Based on this,this article proposes the concept of good governance in the context of governance,and constructs a diversified governance pattern with the government as the core to prevent and guide network group incidents,forming a governance synergy: the media,as a hub for good governance,should strengthen its responsibilities;As the cornerstone of good governance,the public needs to improve the ability and literacy of online political communication.As the leader of good governance,the government needs to build a service-oriented government in terms of transparency,responsiveness,efficiency,and the rule of law.
