Study On Countermeasures Of Promoting Rural Revitalization Strategy In Delisi Town Of Dalian City

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.Clearly pointed out that we must always solve the“Three rural” issue as the top priority of the party’s work.As an important administrative body,the township government is the main force to carry out various policies and work.On the basis of extensive reading of literature,this is chooses deli town of Dalian City as the research object,and takes the specific situation of promoting rural revitalization strategy of deli town as the research object,with the method of combining theoretical research and empirical research,this is analyzes the development of the rural revitalization strategy in recent years by using the related theories of public management.With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,although Deli town in Dalian city has made some achievements in the process of promoting rural revitalization,however,there are some problems in the process of implementation,such as the lack of development of characteristic industries,the need to strengthen the work of talents,the need to optimize the operation mechanism of ecological revitalization standards,the failure of cultural services to meet the needs,and the need to upgrade the organizational construction.By studying the advanced experience at home and abroad and analyzing the present situation of rural revitalization in deli town,the main causes of these problems include the lack of sustainable development concept,the serious problem of brain drain,the lack of ecological construction standards,the relative lag of cultural construction,and the inadequacy of organizational construction,and carefully analyze the impact of these reasons on the promotion of rural revitalization strategy.Combined with the specific situation of deli temple town,sum up the problems faced in actual operation,finding solutions in five areas,including promoting high-quality industrial development,stepping up efforts to build a talent pool,stimulating the vitality of cultural revitalization,accelerating the process of ecological revitalization and enhancing organizational capacity,and the town of Deli continue to promote high-quality rural revitalization strategy to improve the proposal.
