Research On The Cultivation Path Of Youth Online Legal Literacy In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the indepth advancement of the comprehensive rule of law,profound changes have taken place in the construction of the rule of law in all fields of our society,which not only involves the real social space,but also the virtual space of the network.As the main body of cyberspace governance,netizens play an important role in the construction of online rule of law,especially as "Internet natives",and their legal literacy is directly related to the process of online rule of law.This is also an important reason why the party and the state attach great importance to the online legal literacy of young people in the new era.It can be said that the cultivation of young people’s online legal literacy is an inherent requirement for the rule of law on the Internet,and it is also an important starting point for the comprehensive improvement of young people’s comprehensive literacy.Based on this,it is logical to comprehensively grasp the current situation of youth online legal literacy,and on the basis of clarifying the internal mechanism of youth online legal literacy cultivation from the theoretical level,it has become logical to strengthen the research on the path of improving youth online legal literacy.On the basis of previous research,this paper actively draws on multidisciplinary theoretical resources such as law,management,ideological and political education,and sociology,and strives to explore a new path for cultivating young people’s online legal literacy in the new era on the basis of comprehensively grasping the current situation of youth online legal literacy.This paper focuses on the cultivation of online legal literacy among adolescents in the new era from the aspects of theoretical connotation,cultivation mechanism,actual situation,and path exploration,and is divided into four chapters,except for the introduction and conclusion.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper discusses the conceptual connotation and practical significance of youth online legal literacy from the theoretical level.It is proposed that youth online rule of law literacy mainly refers to the formation of legal awareness,rule of law concepts,and belief in the rule of law,as well as the ability to participate in the practice of rule of law in cyberspace,specifically including four aspects: online rule of law cognition,online rule of law awareness,online rule of law emotions,and online rule of law behavior.In view of the increasing number of adolescents in the new era,the paper believes that the cultivation of youth Internet literacy is not only the need for the comprehensive development of adolescents,but also the requirement of the construction of a strong network country,which is of great significance for the healthy growth of good young people in the new era.The cultivation of youth online legal literacy is not achieved overnight,but the result of long-term education and practice.The second chapter of the paper focuses on the internal mechanism of the formation of online legal literacy among adolescents.That is,the cultivation of youth online legal literacy should not only actively absorb and learn from theoretical resources such as Marxist theory,Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law,and knowledge,belief and action,but more importantly,it should also build a rule of law education system that forms a division of labor and cooperation inside and outside the classroom,inside and outside the school,and online and offline according to the characteristics of its formation,giving full play to the multi-subject forces of individuals,families,schools,society and the state,so as to gradually and continuously work hard to comprehensively ensure the continuous improvement of young people’s online legal literacy.The third chapter of the paper mainly analyzes the current situation of young people’s online legal literacy in the new era based on the actual situation.Through field research,it is found that with the comprehensive strengthening of school rule of law education,young people’s online legal literacy has also been greatly improved.Both the understanding of online rule of law knowledge and the establishment of awareness of online rule of law have been significantly improved.However,there is no doubt that from the perspective of the high-quality development of the rule of law in cyberspace,due to the complexity of real society,the iterative update of information technology,and the lack of a reasonable home-school-community collaborative education mechanism,there are still problems such as insufficient knowledge of the rule of law,relatively weak awareness of the rule of law,lack of enthusiasm for the rule of law,and lack of initiative in the rule of law behavior.This not only affects the overall improvement of the comprehensive quality of good young people in the new era,but also restricts the rule of law of network governance to a certain extent.Based on the above research,the fourth chapter of the paper comprehensively explores the innovative path of cultivating online legal literacy among young people in the new era.In view of the existing problems in the current cultivation of youth online legal literacy,this paper believes that it is necessary to adhere to the unity of problemoriented and goal-oriented,and continuously innovate the cultivation mechanism by optimizing the system supply.First,enhance youth’s awareness of self-education,and encourage them to actively participate in the practice of online rule of law.Adolescents should be aware that through self-learning and participatory practice,they can improve their online legal literacy.Second,improve parents’ own online legal literacy to give play to their exemplary role in the family and create a harmonious and good family environment.Parents should understand the basic knowledge of online rule of law and pass on the correct online rule of law values to their children in daily life.Third,establish online rule of law education courses,strengthen the construction of online rule of law education teams,broaden online rule of law education channels,and optimize the campus network rule of law environment based on the construction of education informatization.Schools should provide systematic education on the rule of law on the Internet,and cultivate young people’s literacy in the rule of law on the Internet.Again,improve the self-discipline mechanism of the network industry,strengthen the strength of social welfare organizations,and make full use of social resources.The online industry should consciously abide by laws and regulations and promote the development of self-discipline,while social welfare organizations can also carry out relevant activities and projects to improve young people’s online legal literacy.Finally,improve network legislation,strengthen network supervision,improve network technology application capabilities,and use various measures to improve the legal literacy of young people online.In conclusion,as an exploratory study,this paper tentatively puts forward the formation mechanism of youth online legal literacy,and exploratively studies the cultivation path of youth online legal literacy in the new era from the five dimensions of adolescents themselves,family,school,society and the state,and strives to activate multiple subjects and build an all-round,three-dimensional and multi-level legal education system,so as to help the overall improvement of youth online legal literacy in the new era.
