Research On Optimization Strategy Of Traffic Safety Management Of Sichuan Expressway Traffic Police Under The Background Of Big Data

The safety smooth flow of the highway is the basic guarantee for the stable development of society.In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards,the number of family car ownership has been rising.And the free policy for some passenger cars on the highway during holidays has also increased the frequency of people traveling through the highway.The total mileage of highways in Sichuan Province has exceeded 8,700 kilometers,ranking third in the country,with an average daily traffic flow of 2.3 million units,carrying 75% of the province’s road freight volume,is convenient for the masses to travel and to ensure the smooth flow of logistics backbone channel.In recent years,the highway traffic accidents are more likely to occur,an average of more than 1,000 cases per year.Therefore,to further strengthen road traffic safety management,to ensure that the road driving vehicle safety cannot wait.For high-speed traffic police,the problem of insufficient police force is also increasingly prominent.At the same time,with the continuous development of information technology,big data technology began to show its superiority,and the use of big data technology to optimize the highway traffic police duty management also seems particularly necessary.This paper firstly compares the current situation of high-speed traffic police safety management in Sichuan Province,and analyzes the problems related to the use of big data in the highway system in Sichuan Province through interviews with staff of relevant departments,such as low synergy between local administration and high-speed traffic management departments,lack of standardization and unified planning,insufficient data integration,uneven data quality,low level of operation and supervision,data application There are five aspects: low level of intelligence,risks in operation and security,weak feedback of data results evaluation,and weak innovation of grass-roots teams’ motivation.Further,this paper uses big data management theory,highway traffic safety management theory,and public management theory to analyze the causes of the above problems.Finally,according to the existing problems and causes of highway traffic police safety management in Sichuan Province,the paper proposes the development direction of traffic law enforcement based on big data,the establishment of norms,and the evaluation,suggestion,and improvement of safety strategies based on big data to provide some reference and reference for the application of big data in Sichuan highway traffic system.The findings of this paper can,to a certain extent,enrich the theoretical system of highway traffic police safety management,and also help the Sichuan highway traffic police headquarters and detachments to make better use of big data technology to carry out police work,improve efficiency and transparency,effectively reduce the number of highway accidents and fatalities,and ensure the smooth flow of highway.
