Research On The Construction Of Ethnic Unity Education Community In Colleges And Universities

To firmly foster the sense of community of the Chinese nation is the main line and "key line" of ethnic work in the new era.To do the Party’s ethnic work well in the new era is to permeate all aspects of the whole process of the Party’s ethnic work with a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.The colleges and universities of our country comprehensively implemented the general secretary’s important exposition on strengthening and improving the ethnic work in the new era,and have made remarkable achievements in the theoretical research and practical innovation of ethnic work.But at the same time,there are still some weak links in the current ethnic unity education in colleges and universities,such as insufficient attention to the ideological understanding of some localities and departments,insufficient implementation of responsibilities,and inaccurate work measures.Therefore,around these weak links,especially around the problem of "how to do",it is necessary to speed up the construction and continuous improvement of the publicity and education of the Chinese nation community consciousness,in order to comprehensively,deeply and persistently carry out the work of ethnic unity and progress and promote the quality of ethnic unity education in colleges and universities.The core concept proposed in this study is the ethnic unity education community in colleges and universities,which in essence is the concrete practice form of the consciousness of the Chinese ethnic community in college education and teaching.It mainly refers to the organization form or activity mode formed by the combination of ethnic unity education in colleges and universities throughout the whole process of education and teaching and the important link of talent training.The construction of ethnic unity education community in colleges and universities is to highlight the theme of ethnic unity education in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,pay attention to the role of the education community,and explore the formation of the practical form of the education of Chinese ethnic community consciousness which is compatible with the education and teaching in colleges and universities.This paper,from the perspective of constructing the education community,combined with the basic situation of propaganda and education of consciousness of Chin ese national community in colleges and universities,by the methods of literature analysis and experience summary,probes into the theory of education community,combs out the current problems,and constructs the basic practice style,in order to provide some reference for improving the education quality of ethnic unity in colleges and universities.The one Chapter discusses the theoretical connotation of ethnic unity education community in colleges and universities.Starting from two logic lines,such as the theory and the idea of the education community,it is clear that the education community of ethnic unity in colleges and universities is a practical form to cast the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,and is the concrete application of modern education and teaching concepts in the education of ethnic unity in colleges and universities.It has the characteristics of coordination,integrity,demonstration and policy.The second chapter analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the construction of ethnic unity education community in colleges and universities.Focusing on the present,the CPC Central Committee with the General Secretary at its core has made clear the importance of community building in ethnic work.Institutions at all levels and of all types actively implement the requirements and tasks of the Party’s ethnic work,and promote the development of community building in the level of daily education,practice and brand building.At the same time,there are also bottlenecks such as low enthusiasm of community members,lack of cohesion within the community,and lack of active planning for community construction.The third chapter puts forward the basic idea of constructing the ethnic unity education community in colleges and universities.The construction of ethnic unity education community in colleges and universities should aim at "firmly establishing the consciousness of Chinese national community,creating an education system of ethnic unity and progress,and promoting the improvement of the quality of ethnic unity education in colleges and universities".With "consensus building,theory guidance,interest maintenance,cultural compatibility" as the internal mechanism;The basic content is "common learning relying on curriculum teaching,common activities running through theme education,common life respecting cultural customs,and development assistance taking care of different needs".The fourth chapter puts forward the concrete practice form of ethnic unity education community in colleges and universities.On the basis of the construction ideas,we will create a community of political guidance for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,a community of curriculum learning for the theme of national unity education,a community of development assistance and care for minority students,and a community of cultural compatibility highlighting the characteristics of ethnic integration.
