Research On The Current Situation And Promotion Path Of College Students’ Voluntary Service From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

As a part of the mission of colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,college students’ voluntary services rely on their distinctive practical education attributes and go hand in hand with ideological and political education,and play an active role in youth growth and value orientation.Under the long-term high attention and support of the party and the state,college students’ voluntary service has shown remarkable development results in many fields.It will be further optimized and improved in the future to exert greater activity efficiency.In this regard,General Secretary Xi Jinping made a systematic deployment of voluntary service in the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and related meetings,and clearly pointed out that "the voluntary service system and work system must be further improved" and "let learning from Lei Feng become popular among the people,especially young people.",so that it can be integrated into the daily life and become a regular work and other related work requirements,it has pointed out the development direction for the volunteer service work of college students and the practice and education of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Therefore,how to accurately grasp the new situation,new trends and new problems of college students’ voluntary service at this stage,and conduct in-depth research from the perspective of improving the effectiveness of college students’ voluntary service in educating people,is already an important topic of the times for ideological and political education.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter describes the background and significance of the topic selection of this paper.Through the review and summary of relevant literature at home and abroad,it clarifies the research ideas,research methods and main innovation points.The second chapter expounds the basic contents of college students’ voluntary service on the basis of theoretical analysis,and discusses in detail the ideological and political education and its internal relations.The third chapter closely revolves around the basic elements of ideological and political education to construct the value system of college students’ voluntary service,which is "target task + content + method + context",to further enrich the subject attributes of college students’ voluntary service.The fourth chapter is based on the research data,in-depth analysis of the current situation of college students volunteer service,summed up the current achievements,the main problems and their causes.Through the investigation,it is found that due to the existence of students’ self-education subject consciousness is not strong,colleges and universities pay insufficient attention to guidance,voluntary cultural atmosphere is weak,voluntary service organization management system is not complete,security system is not perfect and other reasons,leading to college students’ participation,classroom application,cultural construction and activity organization content of the weak phenomenon.The fifth chapter,based on the results of the above investigation and research,through the in-depth analysis of different causes,respectively from the five aspects of strengthening the foundation,classroom connectivity,cultural edification,organization construction and system guarantee,puts forward the optimal path to ensure the benign development of college students’ voluntary service,and discusses the specific countermeasures.
