Research On Food Safety Supervision Problems And Countermeasures In Y County

Food safety is related to people’s health and life safety,and has always been the focus of concern for all countries in the world.With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,food types are increasingly diversified,and people’s demand for food is gradually diversified,but at the same time food safety incidents continue to appear,seriously endangering the public’s health and life safety.Fundamentally speaking,China’s food safety situation is still not optimistic,so it is particularly important to improve the effectiveness of food safety supervision.From the perspective of public management,this paper takes food safety regulation in County Y as the research object to explore how to improve the effectiveness of county food safety regulation.Through the study of domestic and foreign literature related to food safety regulation,the concepts of food safety and food safety regulation are clarified,and government regulation theory,responsible government theory,and collaborative governance theory are applied,which are combined with the current situation of food safety regulation in County Y.Research methods such as questionnaires and interviews are used to investigate the current situation of food safety regulation in County Y.The valid data collected were summarized and organized,and the descriptive statistical analysis revealed that there are mainly problems in food safety supervision in Y County:insufficient supervisory force,unclear functional responsibilities of supervisory departments,backward supervisory equipment,difficulties in implementing laws and regulations,lack of implementation of the main responsibility awareness of enterprises,and insufficient social participation.Through in-depth analysis,it is found that the reasons for these problems lie in the limitations of institutional reform,imperfect food safety supervision mechanism,insufficient technical and financial support,imperfect food safety supervision regulations and systems,poor self-regulatory awareness of food enterprises,and imperfect social governance mechanism.Based on the problems and causes of food safety supervision in Y County,this paper proposes countermeasures to optimize and improve food safety supervision in Y County:strengthen the construction of food safety supervision teams,optimize the staffing structure,combine staff training and assessment,and vigorously improve the quality and capacity of personnel;establish and improve the long-term mechanism for safeguarding food safety,comprehensively strengthen local supervision forces,enhance risk warning capabilities,and improve food We will improve the basic supervision files of food production and business entities,assess the credit rating of enterprises,and achieve all-round supervision;enhance food safety supervision technology and capacity,increase financial investment,improve and upgrade supervision infrastructure,enhance sampling and testing of key industries,key regions,key varieties,etc.,and explore the establishment of "Internet +food safety supervision and management " We will also actively improve laws and regulations,vigorously promote administration according to the law,and promote the improvement of local laws and regulations;build a diversified social governance regulatory environment,increase publicity on food safety,open up social feedback and complaint channels,expand social supervision,effectively play the role of food industry associations in collaborative supervision,and stimulate the vitality of the food industry.
