Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Relocation And Immigration Communities In Ethnic Areas

Relocation communities are different from traditional urban or rural communities.They are resettlement sites for relocated immigrants.They are not only the foothold of poverty alleviation efforts,but also the basic unit for achieving the strategic goals of rural revitalization.Therefore,studying the construction of immigrant communities in ethnic areas not only affects the long-term stability of the community,but also has significant significance for the stability and development of local society.For immigrant resettlement communities,only by orderly carrying out the follow-up construction work of relocated communities can the harmonious and stable development of new communities in the rural revitalization strategy be implemented in grassroots units,leading immigrants to truly lift themselves out of poverty and become rich,and effectively connecting with the revitalization strategy goals in the future.However,the construction of immigrant resettlement communities is relatively complex.After relocation,there are various practical problems for immigrants,such as low enthusiasm for community construction participation,integration in various aspects of life,and facing new difficulties.Therefore,grassroots community workers and relocated people are facing various new challenges,which are very worthy of attention.Through research on issues related to the construction of resettlement communities for relocated immigrants,it can to some extent stimulate their enthusiasm for participating in the construction of resettlement communities,while enhancing their integration into the new residential areas,gradually forming a diversified participation and development system,thus laying a solid foundation for relocated immigrants to adapt to a new living environment.Based on this,this article selects J community for resettlement in ethnic minority areas of Ganzi County as the case study object.By using analysis methods such as interview,questionnaire survey,and descriptive statistics,and using theoretical tools such as community construction theory,community development theory,and social integration theory,a survey is conducted on the construction of resettlement communities in Ganzi County.After conducting research on the current situation of grassroots organizations,immigrant livelihoods,life culture,education,and medical security,it was found that the community construction work of J community for resettlement in Ganzi County has achieved initial results,with gains in poverty alleviation,employment development,elderly care security,and education and medical services.At the same time,the investigation found that there are still some problems in the construction of immigrant resettlement communities:(1)from the perspective of organizational construction,mainly due to the lack of subjective willingness of immigrants to participate in community elections and weak awareness of basic organizational construction;(2)From the perspective of economic construction,the main reasons are the need for diversified livelihood methods,the need for further expansion of employment channels,and the lack of follow-up employment skills training for resettlement;(3)From the perspective of cultural and sports activities construction,the main reasons are the lack of attractiveness of community cultural and sports activities,obstacles in language communication,and slow adaptation to life after resettlement;(4)From the perspective of public services such as education and healthcare,diversified education expenditures for children have become a source of family pressure;The level of medical services is difficult to meet demand.To solve the existing problems,efforts should be made to enhance the enthusiasm of immigrants to participate in community elections and organizational construction in the development and construction of resettlement communities in Ganzi County,and to improve the construction of grassroots organizational systems;Create employment opportunities such as the integration of agriculture and tourism,as well as production positions in local characteristic industries,strengthen the training of employment skills for resettlement,and introduce high-quality enterprises to settle in;Organize and organize rich cultural and sports activities with ethnic characteristics to accelerate the transformation and identification of identity and roles;Increase supply support in public services such as education and healthcare,and continuously improve service supply side reform.
