Study On The Cooperative Development Of New Community Tourism Development And Rural Revitalization In The Reloc Ation Of Ease And Poverty Alleviation

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is a fundamental issue concerning the national economy and the people’s livelihood,and for the first time proposed a strategy for rural revitalization.From "building of a new socialist countryside" to "a beautiful rural construction" to "a rural revitalization strategy",community tourism,which is an important carrier of rural development,has always been a hot spot of concern.Community tourism has multi-dimensional positive benefits for rural development,which not only becomes an important starting point for rural poverty alleviation practice in the new era,but also an important path to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization.In recent years,the development model of“Easy Poverty Alleviation and Relocation + Tourism” has gradually become another means to solve the problem of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” in tourism-rich areas.The practice of relocating community tourism development has risen in the western provinces and has become a local farmers’ income and rural development.The main choice.Guizhou Province has made active explorations in this regard,forming an ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation mode featuring concentrated resettlement in tourist attractions,helping to win the fight against poverty and becoming an important way to revitalize the countryside.The practice of relocating community tourism development has begun.At present,the academic community pays less attention to the tourism development of such new types of communities.In this context,this paper takes the tourism resettlement site of YI Village in Haiping,Guizhou as an example,and takes thecommunity capacity as the main concern to explore the possibility and ideas of the coordinated development of rural tourism development and rural revitalization.Firstly,the article expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,sorts out the research status at home and abroad,takes the theory of tourism sustainable development,community participation theory and community building theory as the theoretical basis of the research,and develops the tourism development and rural revitalization of the relocated community.The internal relationship was analyzed and it was found that the tourism development of the relocated community was synergistic with the rural revitalization.Then the article conducts an empirical study on the tourism development of Haiping Village,and elaborates the practice and dilemma of local tourism development.The essential reasons for analyzing the local tourism development dilemma are insufficient community capacity,limited space for subject participation,and overall goal of tourism development.Missing,and put forward a new idea of coordinated development of tourism development and rural revitalization in Haiping VillageThat is to say,community capacity building is the basis of coordinated development;community building with “bottom-up” is the path of coordinated development;and the coordinated development model of “cooperation and win-win”is supported.The research on relocation and community tourism is still in the exploratory stage.It is hoped that the research can have some theoretical guiding significance for the tourism development of YI Village in Haiping,Guizhou,and provide reference for the tourism development of other relocated communities.
