| China has frequent natural disasters,with many types,wide distribution and heavy losses.At the same time,with the increasing level of industrialization and urbanization in China,the risks and hidden dangers of urban safety accidents are superimposed,and the rescue tasks of various building fires are more difficult.For a long time,the fire rescue team is not only a professional team to deal with all kinds of disasters and accidents,but also an important force to prevent and resolve safety risks.Therefore,every firefighter is required to have higher professional quality and professional level.The new firefighters play an important role in the talent structure of the fire rescue team and are the basis for the long-term development of the fire rescue team.The induction training of new firefighters is the first step for them to enter the career of fire rescue.The effectiveness of induction education and training will not only affect the values and sense of honor of firefighters,but also affect the ability of firefighters to fire and rescue,which is directly related to the success of fire and rescue operations.Therefore,the scientific evaluation of the induction training effect of new firefighters is of great significance for improving and perfecting the firefighter training system,optimizing the rescue team structure and improving the emergency rescue ability.Based on the current situation of " full disaster and big emergency " of fire rescue team,this paper takes the induction training of new firefighters in S province as an example.On the basis of questionnaire survey of managers and group trainers of training institutions,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the evaluation of the training effect of new firefighters : the evaluation mechanism of the training effect of new firefighters is not perfect,the evaluation method of training effect is single,and the working measures adopted need to be improved.On this basis,the Kirkpatrick model is used as the evaluation model of the training effect of new firefighters,and the evaluation index system of the induction training of new firefighters is constructed.The AHP-DEMATEL joint analysis method is used to distribute the weight of each index.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantitatively analyze the indicators and overall situation of firefighters ’ induction training.Finally,the evaluation results are tested and predicted by BP neural network evaluation model.The evaluation results show that the overall effectiveness of new firefighter training in S province in 2021 is obvious,but there are still many deficiencies.Finally,using the results of the evaluation of the training effect of the new firefighters,it is recommended to optimize and improve the induction education and training of firefighters in S Province in terms of expanding ideological and political education,strengthening practical training and practical training,and improving the comprehensive guarantee mechanism;by updating the concept,strengthening publicity and improving the mechanism,the training and evaluation of new firefighters in S province is strengthened,which provides some theoretical and practical guidance for improving the training effectiveness of new firefighters and improving the ability of fire fighting and rescue. |
