Research On The Current Situation And Cultivation Path Of Citizenship Awareness Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

The new generation of migrant workers is the main force of the migrant worker group.Cultivating the civic awareness of the new generation of migrant workers not only injects more internal motivation into the construction of China’s spiritual civilization,but also provides a solid ideological guarantee for the development of China’s material civilization.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the civic consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers is showing new development trends in the face of the transformation of the external field.After conducting questionnaire surveys and interviews on the civic awareness of the new generation of migrant workers in seven cities in Sichuan Province,including Chengdu,Ya’an and Mianyang,it was found that the civic awareness of the new generation of migrant workers showed the characteristics of "overall positive,partly weak",and in general,the civic awareness of the new generation of migrant workers has increased compared with that of the previous generation of migrant workers,and the awareness of rights and laws has shown good levels,In general,the civic awareness of the new generation of migrant workers has increased compared with that of the previous generation,and the awareness of rights and laws is good,but some of the new generation of migrant workers have poor social ethics and weak awareness of participation,the level of civic awareness of respondents varied by gender,education level,and political status.On the basis of the analysis of the current situation,an attribution analysis of the current situation of the civic awareness of the new generation of migrant workers was conducted by means of horizontal and vertical comparisons,and it was concluded that the civic awareness of the new generation of migrant workers in general shows a trend of "overall improvement" compared with that of the previous generation of migrant workers due to their improved literacy level,healthy economic development and continuous improvement of the system.However,due to the objective urban-rural dichotomy,the lack of family education and school education,as well as the impact of diversified dregs of culture,the civic consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers is "partially weak",and there is still a gap between the level of their civic consciousness and the requirements of society for modern citizens.Accordingly,it is proposed to create a fair and healthy nurturing environment,build a multiple-subjects co-education pattern and construct an advanced cultural nurturing platform to optimize the nurturing ring,main body and mesosomes of the civic consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers,and use the different structures of civic consciousness as the nurturing blueprint to propose the formation of a refined nurturing system,so as to further solve the "partial" problem in the nurturing process of the civic consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers on the micro level.In this way,the new generation of migrant workers can be nurtured in a comprehensive,multisubject and multi-level manner in terms of their awareness of rights,laws,public responsibilities and participation.
