| Strategic warning is the core and difficult part of intelligence analysis,and "uncertainty" is the main dilemma faced by strategic warning intelligence analysis.In this paper,based on the comprehensive study of previous excellent theoretical achievements and advanced practical experience,we use comparative analysis,literature research,feature induction and case deduction to clarify the superiority of the strategic warning indicator system to assist analysts in comprehensive research and judgment,and find a path to build a strategic warning indicator system with strong applicability and operability,and emphasize that building a strategic warning indicator system should be a comprehensive process of qualitative and quantitative methods.It also emphasizes that the construction of strategic warning indicator system should be a comprehensive process of qualitative and quantitative methods,which provides a reference and basis for optimizing our strategic warning intelligence analysis methods,combining strategic warning indicator system with intelligent technology and other research directions with greater potential,and also paves the way for our military to study the issues related to strategic warning indicator system under the evolution of war form.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborates the basis of the topic selection,compares the current situation of domestic and foreign research,clarifies the basic connotation of the core concepts and their interrelationships.Chapter 2 starts from the "uncertainty" dilemma of strategic warning,explains the necessity,structural composition and mechanism of constructing a strategic warning indicator system,finds the realization path of "reducing uncertainty".Chapter 3 clarifies the process and method of constructing a strategic warning indicator system.Chapter 4demonstrates how to build a strategic warning indicator system for the India-Pakistan conflict from the perspective of Pakistan as a defending country.Chapter 5 summarizes and emphasizes the issues that need attention in the process of constructing the strategic warning indicator system based on its advantages and limitations,and clarifies the key points and difficulties in constructing the strategic warning indicator system. |
