GDT Company Anti-corruption Early Warning System deepenthe punishment and prevention system, to lay a solid foundation for enterprises toimprove Anti-corruption capacity and provide an objective basis for the evaluation ofhonest situation.Thesis based on the results of previous research, combined with the particularframework of punishment and prevention system in GDT Company, analyzing of themechanism of corruption, identified honest risk point and established GDT CompanyAnti-corruption Early Warning System, to carry out monitoring the company and earlywarning. When the warning signals indicate the existence of corruption, corporatefollowed up on the issue of corruption, interception, so that effectively preventing a cleanbusiness risk. In the analysis of key aspects of the Anti-corruption Early Warning System,we found that the key technology is building anti-corruption early warning indicatorsystem. In the study on the basis of the existing scholars, the thesis screened and finishedout the coverage system implementation, evaluation of the masses, personal honesty,influencing factors of corruption and punishing corruption efforts as the five aspects33indicators, using AHP method to empower. Out of100, supervised object falling on adifferent interval, will issue a warning alarm, for the supervision and decision-making ofthe Punishment and Prevention System Leading Group. Warning alarm, disciplineinspection and supervision recognized notification scope and principles under the earlywarning level, to achieve early detection, early interception and early rectification of theprevention of corruption. During the implementation phase, the system should collect thehonesty and risk information, and improve risk repository to make full data preparation for decision support system. Also need a clear principle included "In charge" principle, theprinciple of supremacy, follow the system of strategic planning principles, systemsuitability principles, to achieve the goal of preservation.
