Research On The Influence Of Political Correlation On The Development Of Social Organizations

With the rapid development of social economy and the deepening of government reform,the space of government administrative power is gradually transferred to social organizations,making social organizations make important contributions to participating in social governance and building a new pattern of governance.In the transition period,the government still has the power of industry access and resource allocation,prompting social organizations to take the initiative to maintain good relations with the government to achieve their goals and sustainable growth,and become partners of social governance,so as to enhance the market competitiveness of the organization itself.In order to break through the institutional obstacles,strive for more resources,take the initiative to establish a political relationship network.Use the political experience and political relationship network of the head of social organizations to maintain close contact with the government and form a political connection.In the past,the influence of political correlation was generally studied from the perspective of enterprises.Among them,the research of political correlation on the development of social organizations lacks a systematic analysis,and often ignores the influence of the social environment and social relationship network of social organizations on them.Social organizations rely on acquired efforts to establish "relations" with the government.With the help of the 2019 China Social Work dynamic survey data carried out by East China University of Science and Technology,this paper analyzes the influence of political correlation on the development of the organization,subdivides the political correlation into the role mechanism of political experience and political network on the development of the organization,and selects two dimensions of resources and service.Using 979 data,we concluded that the political experience and the political network have a positive effect on the development of the organization,and the hypothesis is valid.Institutional support for this regulatory variable does not play a regulatory role in the political association of organizational development,the hypothesis is not true.Establishing political connection is a systematic framework constructed by social organizations to obtain social resources,and it is a universal organizational behavior adopted by organizations to achieve their goals.In order to achieve the organizational goal and reduce the excessive dependence on the government,three suggestions are put forward:first,deepen the system reform and construct the system support;second,build the diversified cooperative governance system and enhance the network connection of social organizations;third,establish the management system of social organizations and enhance the capacity building of social organizations.
