Investigation On Popularization Of Law In X Town Of G County In Minority Areas Of Guizhou Province

Document No.1 of 2018-The Opinions of the State Council on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy first proposed to build a village ruled by law.The 20 th national meeting held in 2022 not only clearly stated that the main line should be to strengthen the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,but also comprehensively promote the cause of national unity and progress.It can be seen that improving the legal literacy of farmers and promoting the construction of the rule of law in minority areas is of great significance to rural revitalization,national unity,and the establishment of a society ruled by law.my country’s law popularization education began in 1985(referred to as the "First Five-Year Law Popularization" in history).After 37 years,legal popularization education has achieved great results.Year)("Eighth Five-Year Popularization of Law")pointed out that the study and publicity of the legal system with Chinese characteristics centered on the Constitution has been carried out in depth,the responsibility system for popularizing the law such as "whoever enforces the law is popularized" has been widely implemented,the culture of the rule of law is flourishing,and the concept of the rule of law in the whole society has been significantly enhanced,the level of legalization of social governance has been significantly improved.However,with the new stage of our country,higher requirements are put forward for legal education,and it is urgent to further improve citizens’ legal literacy,and promote the whole society to respect the law,study the law,abide by the law and use it.There are still deficiencies,unable to meet the requirements of the new era.Therefore,this paper takes the problem of popularization law in G county X town in Guizhou minority areas as a typical research object,explores the problem of popularization law education in G county X town in Guizhou minority areas at present,and puts forward targeted improvement suggestions.Chapter 1: Summarize the research background and significance,explain the current research situation,research methods and innovation points at home and abroad.Chapter 2: Through the field investigation and data collation of X town in G county,this paper analyzes the specific situation of universal law education in X town in G county in ethnic minority areas.Chapter 3: It points out that there are some problems such as weak basic system of popularizing law in rural areas of minority areas,innovating the implementation system of popularizing law in rural areas of minority areas,insufficient innovation in the implementation of popularizing law in rural areas of minority areas,and insufficient atmosphere of rule of law in rural areas of minority areas.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of the basic system of popularizing law in X towns of G counties in ethnic minority areas,strengthen the construction of legal culture,and create a good cultural atmosphere of legal law in rural areas of ethnic minority areas,in order to improve the mechanism of popularizing law in rural areas of X towns in G counties,promote the revitalization of rural areas,the prosperity and progress of national unity,and promote the construction of legal law in ethnic minority areas.
