An Empirical Study On The Administration Of Law By The Government

Legal popularization has gone through for more than 30 years in our country.At first,it was simply to promote legal knowledge.Later,it emphasized the cultivation of citizens ’legal consciousness and legal literacy.Governance has become an important part of the strategy of governing the country according to law.It can be said that the work of general law and law governance plays an increasingly important role.However,since 2001,the National Law Popularization Office put forward the expression "legal popularization and legal governance".Until now,more than ten years later,the legal popularization and legal governance has not received enough attention from the theoretical community.The research object of the study hopes that the popularization of laws and the governance of law will get more attention from the theoretical community.This article is mainly composed of the following four parts:The first part is an introduction,which mainly introduces the background information,research significance,research status and other.relevant information of this study;the second part is an overview of general law and law governance,by simply sorting out the general law work in China The course leads to the process of proposing,deepening and perfecting the work of popularizing the law according to law.By comparing the difference between general law and general law administration,the relationship and difference between the two are expounded.The third part is the empirical investigation of the lawful governance of Yinchuan administrative agencies,based on the national level,the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region level,and the Yinchuan city level of all levels of law and law governance evaluation index system,elaborating the requirements of lawful governance and combining Empirical research on Yinchuan City’s law popularization and governance,found problems,analyzed problems;the fourth part put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of law and law governance.
