Stable and sufficient employment is an important link to realize the transformation of the cause of the disabled from an exogenous "blood transfusion" to an endogenous "blood transfusion".In recent years,my country has introduced a series of policies and regulations to promote the employment of the disabled,protect the employment rights of the disabled in accordance with the law,effectively improve the employment service capabilities of the disabled,and continuously optimize the employment environment of the disabled.However,with the development of social economy,the demand for employment of the disabled is constantly expanding.Under the traditional mode,the single subject supply of the government can no longer meet the increasing demand for employment of the disabled.Multi-subject cooperative supply has become a necessary choice in current policy making,which can bring new impetus and new ideas to the construction of employment service supply system for the disabled.From the perspective of collaborative governance,guided by the theory of collaborative governance and the theory of new public service,this paper makes comprehensive use of statistical analysis,case study and other research methods.Based on the Statistical Yearbook of the cause of disabled people in China,the main data bulletin of the second National sample survey of disabled people and other relevant data,and On the basis of sorting out the present situation of employment service supply for the disabled in Inner Mongolia,Through literature review and research and interview,it is found that there are problems in the employment service supply of disabled persons in Inner Mongolia,such as single supply subject,low quality of supply,lack of effective coordination among supply subjects,and no effective information feedback mechanism has been formed for employment service of disabled persons.The reasons lie in the lack of policy basis for the diversified supply of employment services for persons with disabilities,the limited supply ability of the diversified subjects of employment services for persons with disabilities,the poor coordination consciousness of the providers of employment services for persons with disabilities,and the lack of information sharing among the diversified subjects of employment services for persons with disabilities.Based on this,by referring to the practical experience of collaborative supply of employment services for the disabled in Guangdong Province and combining with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia,it is believed that to improve collaborative supply of employment services for the disabled,we should clarify the cooperative relationship of collaborative supply of multiple subjects,improve the policy system of collaborative supply of multiple subjects,optimize the service mechanism of collaborative supply of multiple subjects,and create a social atmosphere of collaborative supply of multiple subjects.
