| It is an important task for China to stabilize and expand the achievements of victory in building a socialist modern country in an all-round way under the context of China’s great victory in poverty alleviation The disabled are the key group of poverty return monitoring,and providing employment assistance services for the disabled is the key point to solve their poverty.Hechi City is a typical ethnic area in Guangxi,it has its own characteristics in geographical environment,population,economy and so on.The demand of disabled people for employment assistance services shall be more particularity.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out deep research on the employment assistance service for the disabled in Hechi City.The first part of the paper mainly introduces the research background,purpose,significance and methods of this paper.The second part analyzes the problems of Hechi disabled employment assistance service,such as single supply subject,imbalance of supply and demand structure,low supply efficiency,insufficient long-term supply and poor promotion effect of service concept.The third part is to analyze the reasons behind the existed problems,such as weak construction of the main supply body of employment assistance services,great difficulty in matching supply and demand,imperfect supply system,imperfect supply mechanism and obstacles in service concept publicity.The finally part puts forward the relevant solutions that should be adopted by the city based on the relevant experience of advanced cities at home and abroad.Based on the existing research on the supply of employment assistance services for the disabled,the paper taking methods of field interviews,questionnaires and so on.selecting Hechi City as the research object for practical thinking and research,and putting forward a series of available improvement programs for the supply of employment assistance services for the disabled in ethnic areas,which is valuable and effective for the government in ethnic areas to plan employment assistance for the disabled and improve service quality. |
