The disabled’s basic rights are based on employment,which is the basis of People’s livelihood.The employment service for the disabled is the key to improve the employment quality of the disabled.With the economic and social d-evelopment of Tibet,the cause of the disabled in Tibet has achieved leapfrog development,and the number and quality of employment of the disabled in Tibet have increased significantly,which has played a positive role in the local social stability.The disabled in Tibet,due to the alteration of the population structure and the influx of new citizens with disabilities,are eager to gain access to higher-quality public employment services,thus fostering a diversity.Employment needs of a multifaceted nature,at multiple levels.Constructing an evaluation index system to gauge the supply capacity of public employment services for the Disabled in Lhasa is the focus of this paper.Objectively assessing the provision of public employment service for the disabled,we employ authoritative data and questionnaires to ensure satisfaction.A macro-analysis of the Disabled’s access to public employment services in Lhasa,utilizing resource-based theory,public service equalization theory,empowerment theory,and so forth,was conducted,with resource allocation being a key factor.In the analysis of the micro-level of satisfaction,the disabled in Lhasa were le-ss satisfied with the public employment services,policy and regulation consultation,Career Guidance and career registration are the most important factors af-fecting the satisfaction of public employment service supply for people with disabilities in Lhasa.Based on the analysis,it is concluded that there are some problems in public employment services for the Disabled in Lhasa,such as the single access to resources,the single main body of resource allocation and th-e insufficient efficiency in the use of resources.And according to the specif-ic topic put forward targeted suggestions. |
