Study On The "Intensive,Standardized And Informationized" Innovation Management Of Official Vehicles Of Inner Mongolia Directly Affiliated Organs

The reform of the management of official vehicles is the top priority of the reform of the management of government affairs.In order to further strengthen the supervision and management of official vehicles,from 2018,Inner Mongolia began to gradually explore a new path to optimize the management of official vehicles.In 2020,the Administration of Organ Affairs of the autonomous region began to implement the "intensive,standardized and informationized" management of official vehicles.At present,the practice of "intensive,standardized and informationized" management of official vehicles of Inner Mongolia District is advancing,and the management of "intensive,standardized and informationized" of official vehicles in various leagues and cities is also in the process of advancing step by step,so studying the "intensive,standardized and informationized" management of official vehicles of Inner Mongolia District has important reference value for subsequent improvement of the "intensive,standardized and informationized" management of official vehicles of Inner Mongolia District and promoting the "intensive,standardized and informationized" management of official vehicles in various leagues and cities.The "intensive,standardized and informationized" management of official vehicles is a policy innovation in the practice of official car management.This study uses the literature research method and questionnaire survey method to study the relevant situation of official car management,and analyzes the origin and operation effect of the "intensive,standardized and informationized" management innovation of official vehicles in Inner Mongolia District.Through on-site surveys,questionnaire surveys and data analysis,the problems existing in the "intensive,standardized and informationized" management innovation of official vehicles in Inner Mongolia District were pointed out,such as the slow progress of intensive management of official vehicles,the imperfect standardization system of public vehicles,and the quality and efficiency of information management of official vehicles,and the causes of the problems were analyzed.Finally,drawing on the experience of advanced official car management at home and abroad,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize the "intensive,standardized and informationized" management innovation of official vehicles in Inner Mongolia District,mainly including promoting the efficient use of public vehicles with intensive management,promoting standardized management of public vehicles with standardized management,and strengthening transparent supervision of public vehicles with information management.
