Research On Intensive Management Of Official Vehicles In China

Since the 1980 s,China began the reform of public transport management,official cars are not only in improving the government administrative efficiency but guarantee the normal operation of the state organs at the same time. Some phenomenon,such as private, bus consumption unreasonable expansion, damages the image of the government social public discontent. It is no conducive to shape the government’s credibility and stability of society,problems of public transport management are not resolved,and more and more big,public transport management to ridicule. Central bus reforming documents which released in 2014,canceling the vice-ministerial level of leading cadres of official cars as well as the general public transport,public transport subsidies. But a series of problems appeared,such as business car auction at the lowest price and transportation subsidies don’t reduce the phenomenon of the vehicles. To solve these problems,in combination with the practical situation of our country and regions,this paper puts forward the official cars intensive management point of view,namely,taking advantage of the economics intensive management,the government centralized configuration official cars,all resource such as manpower,financial resources,combined with the use of perfect the legal system,such as high and new technology makes the official cars,the utilization rate of the highest rise to save administrative costs,improve administrative efficiency.
