Research On The Up-and-down Linkage Mechanism Of Inspection And Inspection

With the development of China’s socialist construction cause,our Party,with unprecedented boldness and firm determination,has steadfastly pushed forward the comprehensive strict governance of the Party and issued a number of key documents on advancing the historical process of inspection and inspection.This paper takes Xi Jinping’s thought on rule of law as the theoretical basis,combines the theories of intra-party supervision and power restraint and supervision,and conducts research and argumentation and identifies problems and makes suggestions through literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis.Firstly,the basic concepts of inspection,inspection and the linkage of inspection and inspection up and down are proposed and distinguished according to the development of China’s history.Secondly,we start from a number of party regulations and normative documents introduced for the reform and improvement of the inspection and inspection system in China,including: the Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Inspection,the Central Inspection Work Plan(2018-2022),the Opinions on Strengthening the Up-and-Down Linkage of Inspection and Inspection,and the relevant regulations of other provinces.Add to the analysis to refine the normative requirements in the document that can be universally applied.Finally,according to the refined normative requirements,analyze the problems and shortcomings in them,mainly in four aspects: the main responsibility is not clear,the cadre construction is not detailed enough,the result application system is not perfect,and the up-and-down linkage assessment system is not sound enough.In view of the above problems,combined with the actual situation,around the system construction,supporting mechanisms,sound system and other aspects of the corresponding proposals,including strengthening the main responsibility,strengthen the construction of cadres,improve the efficiency of the use of results,and improve the assessment system after inspection four aspects,so as to promote inspection inspection inspection up and down linkage mechanism to further improve.
