Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of County Patrol Work

At the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee held in 2016,it was established that strict party governance should be the theme of inner-party governance,and the "Inner Party Supervision Regulations" was deliberated and passed at the meeting,which made it clear that the establishment of inspection system should be steadily promoted throughout the country.The document of the central inspection work plan(2018-2022)proposes to further strengthen the management of inner-party supervision,improve the legitimacy and rationality of the inspection system,improve the unhealthy style of the party,and strengthen the strict governance of the party.In recent years,various regions have accelerated the construction of inspection network,a series of relevant measures have been implemented,the operation environment of grass-roots power has been greatly improved,and the people’s sense of gain,happiness and security have been more guaranteed.The research object of this paper is C District of s city.Through the research of its county-level inspection work,we find the main problems,and analyze the reasons,so as to put forward the targeted strategies.In this paper,through literature research,field investigation,combined with the author’s work in the relevant information and experience,the C District of S City patrol work to carry out research.It can be seen that C District of s city takes "finding problems and forming deterrence" as the core of the patrol task,and attaches importance to the patrol work,especially in the work deployment,rules and regulations,and talent team construction.At the same time,through the research,this paper finds that there are also some problems in the patrol work of C District of S City,which need to be further improved.The main problems are that it is difficult to find the problems in depth,the patrol organization is weak,and the results are not used in place.Therefore,combined with the above problems,this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the reasons behind it,and according to the patrol work in C District of s city.This paper puts forward a series of suggestions,such as strengthening the organization and leadership,strengthening the team building,and compacting the responsibility of the inspection organization,in order to further improve the inspection system of C District of S City,and implement the role of the county-level inspection system in the strict governance of the party.
