Network literacy has become the essential basic literacy for everyone in the Internet era.In recent years,network literacy has become an important topic highly concerned by all aspects of society.In real life,People’s Daily study,work and entertainment are closely connected with the Internet,so are juveniles.However,juveniles’ outlook on life,world outlook and values are still in the formative stage and have not reached the mature level.In cyberspace,there are not all positive energy and truth,kindness and beauty,but also negative energy and ugliness.Juveniles are easily misled by harmful information on the Internet,resulting in adverse consequences.Therefore,it is very necessary to cultivate juveniles’ Internet literacy,improve their level of Internet literacy,guide them to view and use the Internet correctly,face the Internet information objectively and rationally,and do not be kidnapped by the Internet and do not be swayed by bad information.Based on the research of Internet literacy by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper defines and discusses the concepts related to the cultivation of Internet literacy for juveniles,and summarizes Internet literacy for juveniles into six aspects: Internet attention,Internet discrimination ability,Internet application ability,network management ability,network security literacy and network moral literacy.On this basis,it further expounds the theoretical basis and significance of the cultivation of juveniles’ Internet literacy.According to the idea of "analysis of the current situation--summarizing the influence attribution",it extracts several problems existing in the Internet literacy of juveniles through realistic interviews and data analysis,and explores the causes of these problems from both subjective and objective aspects.Specifically,it includes six factors,such as incomplete government laws and regulations,insufficient social network literacy cultivation atmosphere,lack of school network literacy cultivation,insufficient demonstration of family network literacy cultivation,many negative effects brought by network platform and special physical and mental development stage of juveniles.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to help them adapt to the network society more rationally.The government should play the leading role in the cultivation of network literacy,the society should play the basic role in the cultivation of network literacy,the school should play the main role in the cultivation of network literacy,the parents should play the role of the first responsible person in the cultivation of network literacy,and the network platform should play the key role in the cultivation of network literacy.juveniles should give full play to the subjective active role of the cultivation of Internet literacy,build a three-dimensional structure of "six in one" Internet literacy cultivation,and strive to achieve the purpose of improving the level of Internet literacy of juveniles.These explorations can provide some ideas and references for all walks of life to carry out the work of cultivating juveniles’ Internet literacy.
