Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Rule Of Law Literacy In The New Era

With the continuous improvement of the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics,a solid step has been taken in the construction of a rule of law China.But at the same time,building a socialist country ruled by law is a long-term and complex system project that requires the relay struggle of generation after generation.In this process,the rule of law literacy of all citizens is the most important foundation for forming a country ruled by law.As the main force in the new era to achieve comprehensive rule of law,the rule of law literacy of young college students has greatly affected the future picture of rule of law construction.Conducting systematic and in-depth research on the rule of law literacy of college students in the new era will have a far-reaching impact on the current and future comprehensive rule of law and on promoting the reform of rule of law education in colleges and universities.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the cultivation of rule of law literacy of college students in the new era from the following four aspects.The first part is an introduction.This paper mainly analyzes the research background and significance of the cultivation of college students’ rule of law literacy in the new era,and analyzes and summarizes the research results of related issues at home and abroad,and summarizes the shortcomings.This paper then elaborates on the research methods and innovations used in this paper.The second part is a theoretical analysis of the cultivation of college students’ rule of law literacy in the new era,mainly including the definition of the concept of college students’ rule of law literacy and the theoretical basis of this research.Through the definition of relevant concepts,the specific connotation of college students’ rule of law literacy in the new era is analyzed.Subsequently,the theoretical basis of this research is clarified from the three perspectives of Marxist rule of law thought,traditional Chinese rule of law thought,and informed intention and action coordination theory,and the important significance of cultivating college students’ rule of law literacy in the new era is clarified.The third part analyzes the current situation and causes of the cultivation of college students’ rule of law literacy in the new era on the basis of empirical research.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,it was learned that under the circumstance that the process of rule of law is advancing in an all-round way,the university student group in the new era already has a certain basic knowledge of the rule of law,the awareness of the rule of law,the feeling of the rule of law are continuously enhanced,and the ability to rule of law is continuously improved.However,at the same time,there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently,mainly including: the level of rule of law awareness among college students in the new era still needs to be improved;the cultivation of rule of law literacy is relatively weak;the attractiveness of rule of law classroom teaching is insufficient;and the effect of rule of law literacy cultivation is not ideal.Finally,in view of these problems,the reasons are found from the aspects of college students themselves,the cultivation methods of rule of law literacy,the joint force of cultivating rule of law literacy,and the content of rule of law literacy cultivation.The fourth part is the path choice for the cultivation of college students’ rule of law literacy in the new era.In response to the problems and causes found,it is proposed to improve the cultivation of college students’ rule of law literacy in the new era by updating the concept of rule of law education and clarifying the direction of cultivating rule of law literacy;optimizing the content of rule of law education to meet the needs of cultivating rule of law literacy;improving the way of rule of law education and improving the effectiveness of the cultivation of rule of law literacy;creating a rule of law education environment and creating a good rule of law atmosphere to improve the cultivation of college students’ rule of law literacy in the new era,and improving the level of rule of law literacy of college students in the new era.
