Types,Causes And Pathways To Solutions Of Rural Land Disputes

Rural land is an important agricultural production resource for hundreds of millions of farmers in our country,which provides sufficient support for their life and survival.Rural land is a necessary prerequisite for accelerating the completion of agricultural supply-side structural reform,and also the basis for the implementation of the general policy of giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas.In recent years,land disputes in rural areas have occurred frequently,and the contradictions are fierce and prominent.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the types,causes and solutions of rural land correction.This paper takes the rural land disputes in D County of Hubei Province as the research object,uses inductive and deductive,case analysis,field investigation and other methods to analyze the characteristics of the local rural land disputes,the general types and common types,the causes of the formation and the problems existing in the dispute resolution,and puts forward improvement countermeasures and diversified solutions.The results show that rural land disputes in the study area occur frequently and show an increasing trend,with obvious seasonal characteristics.Most land disputes are caused by economic interests and historical legacy,which are mainly affected by economy,society and legal system.The settlement methods of rural land disputes in D County are mainly divided into negotiation and mediation,arbitration,legal proceedings and other methods;At present,there are some problems in the settlement of rural land disputes,such as the weak construction of the main body,the poor connection of the system,the unreasonable setting of the operation procedure,and the weakening of the function of the settlement way.It is proposed to construct a diversified land dispute settlement approach and relevant prevention countermeasures from the civil,administrative and judicial levels.
