Urban community Party organizations not only occupy an important position in the great project of Party construction,but also constitute an important factor of urban development in China.The report to the Party’s 20 th National Congress clearly pointed out that we should strengthen party building in urban communities,promote party building as the guide for community-level governance,and build community-level party organizations into strong fighting fortresses for effectively realizing party leadership.How to build urban community party organizations to better play a leading role and realize the strong fighting fortress of the party leadership is an important topic worth studying in the present and future.This paper takes "Research on the Construction of Urban Community Party Organizations--Taking Changchun as an example" as the title.It is divided into five chapters.This paper takes "Research on the Construction of Urban Community Party Organizations--Taking Changchun as an example" as the title.It is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is a literature review,which mainly analyzes the main research results of the academic circles at home and abroad.In terms of the research ideas,it focuses on the analysis of the development status of Changchun City community party organization construction and the existing problems and causes,and puts forward practical countermeasures according to the causes.In terms of research methods,it mainly uses quantitative methods to determine samples through sampling survey,and then collects data through network survey.SPSS20.0 is used to carry out independent sample t test,one-way analysis of variance,multiple choice statistical analysis and other data analysis methods,and makes some innovations from two dimensions of questionnaire survey and data analysis.The second chapter is the core concept and theoretical foundation analysis,first of all,the urban community party organization construction related concepts are defined,and then through the Marxist classic theory writers on the construction of grassroots party organization theory overview,and domestic leaders on the construction of community party organization proposed a series of new requirements,elaborated the urban community party organization construction of the theoretical basis.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of Changchun city community party organization construction status.On the one hand,this paper expounds the achievements and the level of the party organization construction in Changchun city community.On the other hand,it analyzed the differences between different urban areas,different establishment time of Party organizations,different age and gender of Party organization secretaries and the construction of Changchun’s political leading force,ideological leading force,organizational leading force,style leading force and system leading force.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the construction of Changchun urban community Party organizations,such as the lack of courage to bear,the lack of ability to firm ideals and beliefs and the lack of theoretical armed ability,the lack of self-construction ability of Party members and cadres,and the deviation of the ability to serve the masses.The fifth chapter is the development path exploration of Changchun City community party organization construction.It mainly discusses from four aspects: improving the ideological understanding of the members of the urban community Party organization,strengthening the theoretical study and training of the members of the community Party organization,optimizing the cadre structure of the urban community party organization,and Innovative urban community party organization service content and service form of the urban community party organization.By improving the construction level of urban community party organizations,it is beneficial to accurately grasp the organizational function positioning and important role of urban community party organizations in the development of urban community,and promote the construction of urban community governance under the guidance of party building.
